I just want to know if the girl with the white jacket/skirt is single? I'm kidding. Kind of.

But honestly, I don't know. I think millennials were what John Goodman was hiding from in his bunker in 10 Cloverfield Lane.

The millennial name came about as previous generations wanted to name the newest generation that grew up in the phenomenon of digital technology something different, and since technology has taken a long time to grow, they named the generation that is growing up using it the millennials, and they are related to a thousand years of technological growth. My two cents.... lol

1989 so by most if not all definitions I'm a Millenial. I think we're horrible. "Gen Z" has the potential to learn from our mistakes, but look what we've left them to work with. Actually we should be focusing on "Gen Z" more since they're the ones becoming adults now. But focusing on the youth is probably another thing Millenials are bad at.

In all hionesty, I would like to try and understand this millennial generation. Why they are the way they are. I know there are exceptions, and Gracie here is one of them, but from what I've been seeing online, in the news, and through my own experience, there is definitely something different with the millennial generation in general.

I think that I will focus on being a better husband. I'm not the least concerned about these generations and the labels that are attached to them. Each generation has its own unique challenges.

One night as I was preparing to leave my daughter's house, nobody was in the family room as I was putting on my shoes, so I started flipping through the TV channels to see what was on, an lo! Miley Cyrus was hosting Saturday Night Live, so I stayed long enough to catch a couple of the sketches on millennials, and boy, were they hilarious! One was spoofing a scene from When Harry Met Sally, which was pretty funny, but the truly memorable skit showcased four millennials in an office tower talking to each other completely devoid of eye contact, for they were too busy messaging and checking their phones. One of them got frustrated with their phone and threw it out threw it out of the high-rise, and then instantly regretting his action, dove out the window after it. The other three crowded around the window, not to watch the death of their cohort as he plummeted to his death, but to turn their backs to the window so they could take selfies of themselves with their friend plummeting to his death behind them. Morbid, yes, but funny none-the-less :D And it seemed to so much about today's world...

One of these days they'll have a treatment plan for cell phone addiction. I use to work at a call center and after yammering on phones for hours operators' would spend lunch on their cell phones. Koo-coo!

Millennials are a hard case generation. Having to lead youth groups that consist of this generation is a huge task - I find they are very opinionated and rebellious.

I like the challenge.

Hi! I am a millennial too. I think it's a huge blessing and responsibility to be a Christian millennial. There are many from our generation that have lost hope in God. Many try to find fulfillment and lasting joy in other things, people or ways of thinking. Then there's the other half that does believe in God but they have wandered in their thinking. They are not on the straight and narrow path and believe in things that the Bible speaks against.
These people need love. It is our job as Christians to show them the light we reflect from our Father. When they see this light it plants a seed. So if you look at it that way...Christian millennials have a large opportunity to witness to those in our generation. We have some hard work ahead of us...but as long as we depend on God for our strength we can accomplish his goals for us. ;)
Great.

Now they're starting to multiply.
