No, You can not even get this right. You have done this since you have been here, do you ever listen to a thing anyone says?

My statment was that the LAW was the context of Hebrews. Paul was warning them about returning to the law (the wchoolmaster) and thinking that is WHY THEY ARE MADE RIGHT WITH GOD)

You do need to study, Not only the word. But what people say
If what you meant was that we are not to use rituals as the law, then why in the world wouldn't you say this in the first place instead of going on about how right and wonderful you are and awful I am.

And no we are not in trouble. Because it does not say we can fall out of salvation. It says if we could fall away, we could never be renewed.
If the scenario was possible, it would still not fit church doctrine.

7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; 8 but if it bears thorns and briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.

Same wording prety much as 1 cor 3

Blessing for being usefull to the world (gold silver precious stone)
Burned for not being usefull or earnign reward (Wood hay and straw)

NEAR to being cursed, saved as through fire.
Good thought here eg. I’ll ponder a while.

It fits perfectly with church doctrine

If a person falls away, (if one can lose salvation) they can not be renewed.

Under the law. They are renewed at least once a year on the day of atonement.

Nothing new here.

It's new to me! I was taught the old covenant was fulfilled at Calvary and the new covenant are now the presiding statutes.

Here's a link to Hebrews 6 on Bible Gateway: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Hebrews+6&version=NIV

I've had moments where I've possibly stopped believing (being frustrated and finding a reason to not believe or not wanting to believe anymore and stopping after finding a reason not to believe might describe one or more of these moments), would this be falling away?
I understand what You mean. Ive felt that way too. I remember in 2007 when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior I was on fire for God and when the storm came and it came in pouring all at once from all angles and I wasnt strong enough being I was just a baby in Christ that I fell away as the passage says. Falling away means to fall back to the old ways or the old man. Our old sinful nature. But this scripture is for those who have tasted the goodness of God and have been enlightened. One who knows and has been Touched by God and heavenly eyes open to truth, it is then impossible IF! IF you fall back to then come back to repentence. Because then you are openly denying Christ. Because you cannot fall under the forgive them Father for they know not what they do. You cannot say you didnt know better if you fall back. But in your case I think you are still growing and maturing in the Lord and maybe havent reached that spiritual level yet. But you will if you keep seeking God. Dont give up. Id like to hear back if im able to share any more insight. Good topic!

It's called backsliding. Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord but one the Lord knows who we are that are sealed forever by the Holy Spirit and Jesus will separate the sheep from the goats.

Do you believe the word of God is living? Do you believe the word of God is prophetic? The bible is to be read spiritually. Reading the bible carnally will not reveal the truth of what the scripture is interpretting. You believe that passage is stuck in a certain era? The word of God is living. So it all applies and it applies to all born again believers, so how would I fall back to judaism?

Um no, DOing this has led to so many false doctrines and false truths and all the different belief systems we have, If I can do this, I can basically make th ebible say anythign I want to.

The book was written to a particular people for a particular reason. It can not be interpreted out that reason, One can bring it into a similar senario we may have today, but we can not make it say anythign it never said

The book was written to jews, trying to warn them against the dangers of returning to law. By explaining how it was insufficient in the way it was, and how CHrist is a much better way,

This particular passage is warning the if you go back to what you previously believed, You will never come back to Christ,

Again, as I said earlier, Today it would be like a roman catholic who finds christ and grace, but decides after trying this new grace thing, it was his roman catholicism he really trusted so he returns, He will bnever ocme back to grace again, And he has cruficied himself again the son of God and put him to open shame (Basically stating his sacrifice was not sufficient, that salvation can be lost)

So the bible was written for the jews. So why do u read it? You say it was written for particular people for a prticular reason so if it cannot be interpretted outside of that reason than why are you reading it? Only Jews should read the bible? Is this what you are declaring?

The word of God is living. All scripture is inspired by the Holy Spirit and is prophetic. It never returns void. He who has ears to hear listen. This is speaking to anyone and everyone who hears God. So you are mistaken to claim the word of God is not living or prophetic. What denomination do you belong to so I know who to avoid.

So the bible was written for the jews.
Are you going to try to understand or just assume things?

The book of HEBREWS was written to the HEBREW people (hence its name)

So why do u read it? You say it was written for particular people for a prticular reason so if it cannot be interpretted outside of that reason than why are you reading it? Only Jews should read the bible? Is this what you are declaring?
its called proper hermeneutics man, If you do not get this right you can not expect to get biblical interpretation right.

Yes this is trut

You still have to figure out WHO a particualr passage was written to and WHY it was written to begin to even start to understand what the passage means

Otherwise, you risk making the passage say what you want and not what it really says, Again, thats why we have so many belief systems.

You didnt answer my question what denomination are you. So i can stay away from the such. Ive heard the term hermeneutics before and ive never cared much for it. And I much less do so now. But for interests sake, what is your hermeneutics understanding of the bible? And how does it apply to a modern day believer of Christ?

What denomination are you? (I have no denomination and have not been a denominational church for about 20 years) , but I grew up baptist
I just showed you Why proper hermeneutics is essential in scriptue interpretation. How can I properly interpret a passage or any letter for that matter if I do not know WHO WHAT WHERE AND WHY the author wrote it in the first place.

Again, I can make it say ANYTHING I want it to say. And NO one can prove me wrong.

It is not a general falling away.
It is personal falling away.
Hebrews was written to Jewish people.
The reason they can not repent is because of Jewish Family influences.
When one becomes a Christians from Jewish background their families consider the person to be dead.
Once they leave the church and Jesus, the family has great influence over them.

Well you are wrong and hermeneutics is a man made philosophy and will get you nowhere when you try to mix that with the Bible. The Bible is not like any other book. That is why ur man made wisdom leaves you looking less intuned with the word of God than you would make yourself to be. You cannot read the bible with carnal eyes or a carnal philosphy to disect the word you need the Holy Spirit to interpret the word and give understand, not herman-watever-his-name-may-be.. Friend have you ever been filled with the Holy Spirit?
