I had an experience once right before my dad was killed in 1971...we lived between Milan Alamagordo, New Mexico not far from Area 51 HAHAHA. the experience so frightened me that for 6 months my mother would find me hiding and sleeping in secret spots every morning and not real sure it did not happen more than once......was a real, tangible experience that I can remember with vivid detail to this very day and happened 49 years ago......and I have my view on what took place, but will never state for sure, because it was an experience........however...the word on the other hand.....absolute, 100% unadulterated truth that we can make a rock solid stand on

The bible is complete the way God wanted to give us. And tells us there is so so much more..
If God wanted us to know more. He would have kept writing, the fact he did not tells me if anyone says anything, prophecy or not. It better line up with the word. The word is our guide it is the ony inspired thing we have to test spirits to see if they are from God or not.

and here it is again
we should humble ourselves and listen to you dictate what God said to you
but of course you wouldn't add to scripture, right?
unless of course you have something to add
you know, you might get attention wherever you are and demand people listen to you and tell them God is going to speak to them through you because you got it straight from the throne room
but I and probably most other people here are not persuaded of your ability to talk on behalf of God, let alone humble ourselves before you and listen up when you speak

I had 2 things happen when I was about 4 and I also would be found sleeping elsewhere then my bed especially after the 2nd one
I was terrified of the dark for years and convinced 'it' was going to get me
no one can tell me these things did not happen and if I had a child who conveyed what I did to my parents I would not console them with 'it's just a dream'. I would pray and watch and rebuke that thing into wherever Jesus cared to send it

yeah I am not decided on these things myself
many years back when a child my grandmother called us grandkids out to see something in the sky late at night..we were getting ready for bed but she wanted us to see something. we were up north in the mountains at the country house so it was really dark but the sky was a beautiful map of stars
when we got outside, she pointed to an object in the sky and asked what we thought. she was alone with us up north as everyone else would come up on the week-end
we saw a very bright object climbing up into the sky at about a 45 degree angle...no plane...no flashing lights...and no plane would fly that way anyway. I have never forgot it and actually just mentioned it to my husband the other night when we were talking about this sort of thing
I have no conclusions and have never seen anything similar
anyway, it finally faded off and we went to bed. I guess my grandmother just wanted to make sure she wasn't 'seeing things'

What happened to me and what took place happened one week before my dad was killed....I was 3.5 and my brother who was in a crib in the same room was 6 months old.....the sitter had just closed to door and the entire room lit up and standing in the window was an entity with long flowing blonde hair, massive deep blue eyes and a thin wispy big smile....was looking down at me smiling...I freaked and pulled covers up over my eyes....and then peeked at it....it rolled it's eyes up to my brother who was across the room while still smiling...it had the same glow described by Moses when he seen the back side of God which was emanating from it and lighting the whole room...it then looked back down at me and smiled again in a non threatening way....I freaked again and pulled the covers back over me....and the room went dark...I sat up and looked out the window...it went about 20 feet and flat dissappeard into thin air....the sand where it had stood glowed in a 10 foot circle and slowly subsided......I was full awake, was no dream and for 6 months after mom would find me sleeping in closets, under the dirty laundry, behind the lounge etc and I had no recollection of any of it......I have my view that is was our guarding angel, but cannot say for sure.........it did happen though
