It is evil to say that Christ did not die on the Cross or that He did not rise from the dead. Unless that is so, our faith in Christ is in vain, and all the people of the world who have ever lived or will ever live will die in their sins and be separated eternally from God. Unless Christ died and is risen, there is no salvation for any human being. Denying Christ, as Islam does, is an evil thing to do.
It is evil to believe in something that did not happen.

Muslims do not have something called "Redemption" and "Salvation". So how can they be saved in their beliefs

Hi C

These are needed if you believe in original sin. That you will go to hell for the actions of another and you cannot ask for forgiveness. This goes against the justice God has instilled in us. As stated in the old testament.

(Ezekiel 18:20) - "The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son’s iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself."

Praise Him through repenting and believing in Jesus, and accepting Him as our Lord and Saviour we live.

There's nothing else we can do to earn salvation. But it's not a case of do whatever you like, when you Have Jesus as your Lord, you WANT to live a righteous life, when you've been forgiven so much, and saved from eternal torment this is only right!!! :)

I saw this the other night, it's a testimony of a Muslim who came to Christ, YouTube - A Muslim's Conversion to Christianity - Part 1

PBUH you misunderstand the old and the new covenant. Islam and Judaism find themselves bound to it Christians in Christ are free from it.

Hi D

Which is why I don't understand why you accept Paul so readily.

Dear PBUH, To question St. Paul is to question Jesus Christ Himself, as the NT makes clear, Paul was redeemed and saved by Jesus Christ, and his apostleship was approved directly by Christ the LORD. As was the apostleship and ministry of St. Andrew, St. Peter, St. John, St. James, St. Thomas, and so on. All of the 11 apostles and St. Matthias. And all of the rest of the ministers mentioned in the NT Scriptures. In America, Scott

friend but if you do righteous things in this world only you will still not be saved, it is not like what your religion believe that as long as the good deeds out weigh the bad you enter heaven....there is nothing in the bible that says that is your only way. Christ is the way the truth and the life.

ok if God abandoned you forever how will you be saved....by Jesus He is our Salvation our Light our God our Redemption..............John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Shalom

Dear PBUH, Not all Christians believe in original sin, the idea that a sinner is guilty because of something Adam did, not because of something he himself did. All have sinned. Therefore, all people need a Saviour. YOU ARE RIGHT, PBUH, TO QUOTE EZEKIEL CHAPTER 18! EZEKIEL 18 says people are responsible for their own actions, and they are not responsible for the sins of their fathers, nor or the fathers responsible for the sins of their sons. It also says when a righteous man falls into sin and does not repent, none of his good deeds will be remembered for him, or when a sinful man repents of his sins and continues on living and doing good, none of his past evil deeds and sins will anymore be remembered against him, but his sins will be forgotten by God. All of this is possible because Jesus Christ, the LORD, alone is good and righteous. The Bible says all have sinned, and there is none righteous, no not one. But Christ makes people righteous who trust in Him, and He enables them to do deeds of righteousness. In America Scott\

Hi C

Actually we believe that you only get to paradise by the grace of God. The things you do in this world give you more chance to get that grace and gives you a higher status in paradise.

I wanna know what you guys think about this subject. Some Muslims said it is written in the Quran that they should slaughter those who mock their religion. They also don't treat women as they're equal! I mean i could go on and say every bad thing that I notice from their religion tho I couldn't really jump in to conclusion since i don't know the whole story behind it! So I'm asking you guys, do you think Islam is evil?

oh ya! they also claim that Allah is the god of the old testament and that the new testament is corrupted yet that contradicts the bible since God said that he would preserve his word! what do you guys think about this one?
While I'm not a Muslim, and I don't agree with most of their doctrine, I believe this post was about hatred and ignorance more than you actually questioning the validity of whether Islam is evil or not.

This is not how the children of God and brothers and sisters in Christ should ever act or treat others of different faiths. We are to love one another, not spread hatred and ignorance. We are to love our neighbors AND our enemies as we love ourselves, so I won't condone this post.

If I'm misrepresenting you, I apologize, but I don't think you were very clear with what you are asking then. If we merely pointed out the faults of everyone who is a Muslim, we are judging them, which will then open ourselves up for judgment

How would we EVER spread the Gospel and possibly convert these mislead souls by coming up to them with hatred and ignorance, as you claim they have toward us. We are to be above this world, and to act BETTER than those who would be enemies toward us. If we don't come to them in love, why would they ever come to us in that manner? Think about that for a long time before you judge anyone else. EVERY man is full of sin, and only through Christ could we ever break those bonds of hatred and ignorance. We should not judge others, even if they judge us with the hatred and ignorance as you say they do.

To be clear, I was in the US military for many years. I served in both the Afghan and Iraq wars, and I have met many Islamic followers in my time there. While there are many terrorists and people who hate us for our different beliefs, there are many more who do not hate us as well. We should never judge anyone for simply being misled, because we would never win souls acting like that. The Lord wishes that EVERY MAN would believe in Him and His Son, so that ALL MEN would be saved.

Islam, as well as EVERY other religion, may be "evil" in the idea that it isn't the truth that is Jesus Christ and his death and ressurection to save us from ourselves and our sins, but these people are simply misled, rather than being inherently "more" evil than anyone else. EVERY MAN is evil in nature, and EVERY MAN has evil in his heart until he accepts the grace of our Lord and savior, and so please think this over before you follow the hate and ignorance that you profess others have toward us. We are to be better.

Dear PBUH, It is sad not to believe in something that did happen. Take care. May God open your heart to the Good News. For you and your house, it will be eternal happiness, then. May God save us all in Christ Jesus. Amen. In America Scot

Friends, Not everything in Islam is evil. And some of the Muslims, perhaps the majority of them, are lovers of peace. .... There is much that approaches similarity with Christian belief. But it is wrong for Islam to deny that Christ was crucified to save sinners, to deny that Christ died on a Cross, and to deny therefore that Christ rose from the dead and by His resurrection conquered the power of sin, death, hell, evil, and satan. Christ alone is the hope of salvation of all repentant sinners. In America, Scott Harrington

What is more important? To literally say you believe in Christ with your lips, or to show you follow Christ from your heart?

I think actions speak louder than word Israel. If Jesus pbuh is your example then is to try to follow his example.

Islam is evil through and through. The Quran is not inspired. Mohammed was not a prophet of God.

It advocates murder, and other immoralities.
I voted "yes". What more is there to say?
