It does make me wonder if some interaction is not an AI robot.
They repeat the same points all the time, the same personal attacks and slander,
while not addressing anything.
Why would Paul say "Aim at perfection" if it did not matter.
If I said this without Pauls statement I would be told I am putting a heavy burden
on peoples backs and condemning them to hell.
My answer is these guys have no fear of God or being His enemy, they are happy to
take their position and shoot anyone who disagrees with them as if they are satan.
What did the pharisees do to Jesus? You are casting out demons by satan.
These guys would happily go this far, and deny words Jesus said they do not like and accept
all the promises to themselves, when the denial means the promises do not apply.
But what does a goat do, when they find out they are a goat, they imagine they are
a sheep, because what other choice have they got? The real answer is to call out
to Jesus, except they do not believe He actually answers.

The Pharisees didn't repent of their sins and believe in Jesus. Isn't that what you are teaching about how we don't have to do any obeying except believing?
We have to do what Jesus says to do because Jesus doesn't save goats. He saves those who have obeyed like lambs.

But if ones heart is just into put downs and creating this image of the heroic fighter using
any means to defend the "gospel" one is already defeated.
We are called to die for one another, to be an example like Jesus and to shine as blamless
pure lights in a dark world. Putting it simply, a sheep does not behave like this.
Walking in Jesus takes everything we have got, and it is very involved and complex, with
many balances. It took Paul 14 years to get his head around it, and he knew the bible
better than most of his day.
But we have people here who could write the gospel and the truth on one sheet and throw
the rest of the bible away, and they would be happy. And why do we come to share this?
Because it is a place to witness and share and learn, even from the Lords enemies, because
one of the best lessons one can learn is from people who hate you, they know your weakest
points, which you can then put into context and then present a better picture, Praise the Lord

My weakness with posting is using clipped phrases. I apologize.
I was speaking previously that faith is our obedience and this pleases Father. We put our faith in the plan that Father had before the world was ever created for He knew that man would fail. Not getting into why or how here.
For whatever reason, Adam and Eve listened to the voice of the serpent. This is the beginning of rebellion, of course, and the spirit of unbelief in this age. Lucifer did the same in the previous.
Not getting into the reasons for all this. The point is that they all heeded some voice other than Gods. Then the action accompanied is unrighteous mankind.
So reverse this. His displeasure was failure to remain in faith. The connection that's spiritual. His pleasure is believing His plan. And righteousness in Jesus is our result. We act then from that place of security. It's the work of Jesus that saves us.
