Just a few thoughts as I am trying to catch up...
Sole--I like the way you gave an honest assessment of how an involvement with something you love might just be more work, rather than a hobby. This is why I never pursued creative outlets as a possible career--it would lose its therapeutic value to me if it became all work.
Gracie--Loved what you shared about writing stories and then reading them to your siblings... I bet they would treasure it if you rewrote some of those old stories and presented them as a gift.
When you get your books published some day, please let us know! And, I would happily offer to be your pen pal, but I'm afraid my replies aren't very regular these days.

And Cinder--I had to smile when you spoke so highly of your newly-found relationship--with a food processor.
Since people used to tease you that your computer was your boyfriend... Don't you think he's going to be a little jealous?
