Heresy is always offensive. Especially a heresy in which God, his plan and purpose, is reduced to "all about me!" Which is another way I have of saying, selfish, self-centred unbiblical garbage.
It is not a matter of what I believe, anyway. It is a matter of the truth of what the Bible says. You know, the Bible you don't read, and never quote!

To me, a good Father is one that wants to see his children living in perfect health.
A good Father is one who loves me so much that, when I am sick, he wish he could take the sickness on my behalf so that I can be well. I know of many earthly Fathers who are like that to their own earthly children, when the latter are being attacked by the devil with symptoms of sickness.
If earthly fathers can feel that for their own children, how much more our heavenly father would feel the same Matthew 7:11.
And guess what? Our heavenly father, as Jesus did precisely that, when he took stripes after stripes, to heal us. You want to call that belief selfish and self centered? That is your choice.

We are given life, and life is also taken away at His will.
It seems to be some believe they should have good health, yet we all have weaknesses
and health imperfections, like the need for fillings, glasses, medical treatments, drugs for
pain, for memory, for health etc.
So in reality no one is in "perfect health", just relative good health.
And the miracles claimed are often pain relief, which is actually a perception issue.
And our struggles are not of the devil, but related to the curse of Adam after the fall.
We need to know His victory and walk in love and grace, and where He leads ask for
healing. The world you imagine is heaven on earth with super christians,
but there there is no sickness or sin or need for what you claim in heaven.
So it appeals to wealthy safe believers who want everything now, and no suffering
or struggles, while we follow Christ who calls us to share in His sufferings and pain
on behalf of the lost and those doomed to Hell, that some might be saved.

When we all get to heaven,
what a day of rejoicing that will be!
When we all see Jesus
we'll sing and shout the victory.

Well, if you believe in divine health but only can get 30 fold or 60 fold of that, instead of 100 fold, its still better than believing that "sickness is used by God to teach you lessons" right?

Let me rephrase the previous statement then, to make it clearer, its still better than believing that "God did not or will not heal me because he wants to teach me lessons" right?
Are we trapped is wanting our desires and not Gods desires?
A man of God, who was called and blessed, who saw preaching about resolving our need of our fathers
and our acceptance of who we are in Christ was diagnosed with cancer. He thought this was a test of
faith and the enemy had sent it. So in faith he believed God had healed him. Sadly he died a few years later.
We are just servants. If the Lord takes me, amen. If the Lord leaves me, and blesses me in what I am doing
for Him, praise the Lord. Either is good, because it is His perfect will.
So each must search out His will in their circumstances, and they will find it.
In our church a lady is slowly dying of MS. She knows the Lords blessing and many have prayed for her.
God has not heard and healed. Many have worked in the church, got cancer, prayed for, and died.
It is Gods will that death might come. The gates of heaven opened and called them home, their work was
done.
I have survived when others have fallen. I have seen desperation and sadness, when great joy should have been
shouted for we shall meet again when we join with Him in glory. Why should I hold dearly onto that which is just
a gift, and in His time will be all wrapped up.
So each needs to discern their walk and what the Lord desires. Amen.

Based on my own personal observations this holds true for most people. I have yet to receive a report that a person without legs or eyes yet believed in the healing power of Jesus had their legs and eyes miraculously restored so that they could walk or see. Perhaps you would be so kind to post a link of such healings so that we can be on the same page in this regards. Seriously, I am not at all impressed by reports of someone having their migraine vanish for a period of time or having their sore back feel better.
You are doing a great disservice by questioning the faith of a person just because God made the choice to delay their healing in their lifetime. Doing this does nothing to increase what faith this person has towards being healed but rather erodes it and possibly destroy their faith in God altogether.
I watched my late second wife suffer from the pain and effects of horrible debilitating arthritis for years that eventually ended her life. She died by degrees each day. Yet, she was the most spiritual woman of faith that I had ever met. She did pray for healing but also trusted in God that she would ultimately be healed but perhaps not in her own lifetime.
Her brothers were all ministers and they would often question of her faith and this hurt her deeply. It was grossly insensitive for them to do this. They tried, with the grace of God, to heal her with anointing oil but of course that was an exercise in futility. Apparently, they did not understand the concept of "name it and claim it either'. My late wife forgave them for hurting her this way. In truth, her brothers were the ones that needed spiritual healing for causing great torment to their sister who was already suffering horribly.
God will wipe our tears away because of the painful memories we may harbor about the suffering we saw and experienced on earth. In the meantime He is storing these precious tears in a little bottle.

“Look, I have chosen a cornerstone of great value,

People stumble because they don’t obey what God says. This is what God planned to happen to those people.
9 But you are his chosen people, the King’s priests. You are a holy nation, people who belong to God. He chose you to tell about the wonderful things he has done. He brought you out of the darkness of sin into his wonderful light.
10 In the past you were not a special people,
but now you are God’s people.
Once you had not received mercy,
but now God has given you his mercy.[c]
Live for God
11 Dear friends, you are like visitors and strangers in this world. So I beg you to keep your lives free from the evil things you want to do, those desires that fight against your true selves. 12 People who don’t believe are living all around you. They may say that you are doing wrong. So live such good lives that they will see the good you do, and they will give glory to God on the day he comes.
Obey Every Human Authority
13 Be willing to serve the people who have authority[d] in this world. Do this for the Lord. Obey the king, the highest authority. 14 And obey the leaders who are sent by the king. They are sent to punish those who do wrong and to praise those who do good. 15 When you do good, you stop ignorant people from saying foolish things about you. This is what God wants. 16 Live like free people, but don’t use your freedom as an excuse to do evil. Live as those who are serving God. 17 Show respect for all people. Love your brothers and sisters in God’s family. Respect God, and honor the king.
The Example of Christ’s Suffering
18 Slaves, be willing to serve your masters. Do this with all respect. You should obey the masters who are good and kind, and you should obey the masters who are bad. 19 One of you might have to suffer even when you have done nothing wrong. If you think of God and bear the pain, this pleases God. 20 But if you are punished for doing wrong, there is no reason to praise you for bearing that punishment. But if you suffer for doing good and you are patient, this pleases God. 21 This is what you were chosen to do. Christ gave you an example to follow. He suffered for you. So you should do the same as he did:
22 “He never sinned,
and he never told a lie.”
23 People insulted him, but he did not insult them back. He suffered, but he did not threaten anyone. No, he let God take care of him. God is the one who judges rightly. 24 Christ carried our sins in his body on the cross. He did this so that we would stop living for sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you were healed. 25 You were like sheep that went the wrong way. But now you have come back to the Shepherd and Protector of your lives.
From this context, it is clear they understood by his stripes you are healed to refer only to Sin, not physical healing.
