In other words you can not answer
You refuse to answer if you think you can lose salvation
And you refuse to show me in my belief where i got it wrong
Funny, this same thing happend last time we met. Seems to be a repeating thing.

The great thing about following Jesus we do not have to prove anything, He asks
us to let Him show Himself to us. If we refuse to listen or jump to the wrong conclusions
it is on us.

So I am happy you believe what you believe. I believe the cross declares the impossible,
we can walk like Jesus through following His ways and believing Him. As an unbeleiver,
it is impossible to realise this reality, which is why we know we know God.

Faith comes before realisation, the horse before the cart, so declared disbelief comes before
failure and unfulfilled spiritual experience. I doubt you have had this before, but who am I
to know, I am not you..... lol  This is a commentary and not expecting any response or
wanting any. :)
Still no answer

I think your scared.. because you know deep inside i am right.

Exactly!!!!

Budman you are right on the mark here!!!

To me saying we will not sin is the flip side of the same faulty argument that a believer will persevere

We are in the flesh. We still have the "Old Man", which means we will still sin. Yet, we have been declared holy, righteous, perfect, and sinless by God.

How can that be?

The two natures. The "Flesh" and our New Nature in Christ. That's also why the Bible says a believer does not sin, nor can he. That is speaking of the New Nature. If not, none of us would be saved.

Get it now, Chubby Checker?

LOL....Seems like a lot of hostility here...i have lots of friends who believe OSAS. but we don't argue and name call......we have fun with it but no anger. After we disagree we shake hands, hug necks and I may whisper "you know your wrong" sarcastically LOL
Do they blame shift when people call themm out for sin? Do they lie about others? Do they at least try to understand what you are trying to say?

In counselling there is a condition called co-dependency.

A victim is abused by the perpetrator. All the blame is put on the evil perpetrator.
As people understand the relationship it is actually both, and the perpetrator needs
the victim to validate their behaviour and existence.

I suspect without people to bash, provoke, be extreme with, part of the whole identity,
mission etc would be missing. You notice it is families. A disfunctional child will enrage
about a parent and blame horrendous things about them, but outside the family, silence.
And if the parent is removed, total shock and withdrawal.

Why is this a system of behaviour? Because time after time the same cycles recurr with the
same arguments and the same baiting, and people getting upset. Just a thought, but like
a lot of things once you know how to handle dangerous animals, they can be quite tame, lol
:)
More blame shifting

Peter you have not changed a bit, playing the victim, and attacking those who disagree with you,

Me just wonders how long you will last this time around.

Sure.

I believe you would agree Jesus says He will look for that lost sheep UNTIL He finds him. Correct? That means He is NOT going to stop looking UNTIL He finds him. And let's be clear. Jesus KNOWS where that person is. He isn't hiding somewhere that Jesus can't find him. What we're talking about is the Lord drawing that sheep back through discipline and hardship experienced during the time the sheep was lost.

But make no mistake, our Lord is NOT incompetent!!! He WILL find ALL that are His.
And what does rejoicing in Heaven have to do with the sheep being found?
I said that the other day and got red x's from a few workers for and salvation losers.....

There is not a just man on the earth that does good and sins not....end of story

The above is a statement of faith. It is also a statement of denial of the power of the cross
and the promise of Jesus as preached by the apostles.

How do I know? Because they said some crazy stuff about what we can achieve in Christ.
Paul believed the believers he knew could grow in faith to the point

Do everything without complaining or arguing,
so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe
as you hold out the word of life--in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing.
Philippians 2:14-16

Paul is saying action is needed by the believers to become blameless and pure. He is also saying
he will boast before Christ that His running was not for nothing because of this fruit.

Yet the faith of some is to deny this hope, this realisation is Pauls life and that of believers in general.
And doubting and disbelief is common and easy to gain, it is the nature of man with out God.

To believe God, the resurrection, the victory and to overcome takes real faith, and real trust and a
walk that results. It is obvious based on the history displayed in the forum many agree with the
sentiment expressed and have lost faith in Christ. Have they lost more than this, possibly, because
without faith no man can enter eternal life.

Thats right, And instead of tryign to figure out why you said something about him, and find out what he is really saying, You would rather ignore it and refuse to admit your sin.

I forgot. You like to slander people. and instead of finding out why you misrepresented them, You like to excuse your own sin.

Yep. Its all coming back. I knew if we went long enough who you were would start to show..
I have a friend that has a parrot that repeats the same thing over and over and over....named Petey......what a coincendence.....

One of his characteristics, which makes it easy to know who he is,

Some people neve change, they can hide for a bit, but thier true self comes out eventually

God had to give the apostle paul, a mature christian by any standard, a thorn in the flesh to keep him from falling into sin.

Yep, guess it is not as easy as people think.

If you have a red letter Bible you may notice the words of Jesus in red...

Jesus said he was dead and lost...

For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
Luke 15:24 KJV
Hebrews refutes salvation lost then regained......It is IMPOSSIBLE to be renewed....so...IT CANNOT MEAN SAVED, LOST RE-SAVED

When i hear someone boast of their sinlessness, just want to puke. I cant even imagine what god thinks

There must be a mistake here. Is this condemning righteousness or someone claiming they believe
God empowers people to walk like Jesus? And it makes them want to puke?

Well the pharisees stoned Stephen to death with no problems.......

I think the idea someone actually represents the gospel gets people is a fluster, they do not know what
to do with someone who actually walks in the Holy Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit.
God bless you all, and may you find His blessing, joy and peace by walking in His ways

Its called a self righteous spirit

Do you represent th gospel?

You have not answered me, can salvation be lost if one does not believe?
