I will apologize, but we had people, and ONE in particular that actually called on GOD to curse us, and he disagreed with everything most of us Believe in. Yes, he got BANNED a couple days ago.
Most of us are OSAS Christians, but that DOES NOT MEAN we believe in lack of OBEDIENCE, like some people THINK the TERM OSAS means.
We believe in that SALVATION happens the MOMENT the Holy Spirit COMES INTO OUR HEARTS, and it is actually part of our PREDESTINATION, that CHRIST HIMSELF is the author of our SALVATION:
2 Timothy 1:9 (HCSB)
9 He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.
We believe that OBEDIENCE is Part of our LOVE for GOD, and spawns from the LOVE that GOD had the Holy Spirit Pour into our Hearts (human spirit).
Romans 5:5 (HCSB)
5 This hope will not disappoint ⌊us⌋, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
Titus 3:5-8 (HCSB)
5 He saved us— not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.
6 He poured out this ⌊Spirit⌋ on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
7 so that having been justified by His grace, we may become heirs with the hope of eternal life.

I used my bank card at a Dairy Queen (fast food joint) in a small town near me....went back to town a few days later and went to pay for something is a farm store and my card was rejected.....I know I had way more than enough in the bank ( I have two bank accounts) and so I said, I will go to the ATM and just get the cash......the ATM seized my card and said see bank manager......SOME punk in the fast food joint had attempted to use my card number to pull a few grand out of my account and they had frozen my account.....I was so pi----- off......I would have given him a good Marine beat down had I caught him or known who it was......(the flesh speaking) so....15 minutes and had a new card made and account was fine.....HAVE never lost a card in my life....am a global hawk

People laugh or rebuke me when I say the book of the LIVING....my view...everyone is written in before the foundation of the world and only removed upon the rejection of Christ......Jesus said even the hairs of your head are numbered.....I personally God laid the plan, recorded it all and set it in motion...even the sparrows, hail, lightning are numbered and stored in the treasuries and store houses of GOD......
Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

Last summer when I was there.....had one day in Richmond which was like 5 miles from me...was 118.6 F. actual temp.......was roasting hot that day
I believe JESUS....HE begins, finishes and COMPLETES the work of faith he began in a man and will LOSE nothing, but raise it up the last day.....and by the same faith we are KEPT by the power of GOD, by the irrevocable GIFT of faith and life having been born again from above by SEED that is INCORRUPTIBLE....
There is no loss of salvation....one is either saved eternally or they were never saved to begin with

Galatians:
1. Paul was authorized by Jesus to preach the gospel.
2. Someone was teaching that circumcision was necessary to become Christian and that the LAW OF MOSES had to be followed....all 613 laws.
3. Paul teaches here that the LAW OF MOSES...all 613 laws...DO NOT SAVE.
But only faith saves.
4. The civil and ceremonial laws were abolished.
The MORAL LAW (10 commandments) of God will NEVER be abolished.
In the letter to the Galatians, Paul sets out many rules that Christians are to follow:
Galatians 5:16-21
16But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.
17For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please.
18But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law.

Does that sound to you like Jesus "did it all" on the cross...
or does it sound like Jesus did HIS part and now we have to do OURS....

What you have said is straight from scripture
This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.
1 John 5:3-4
Let us look at what we are saying. God says and commands righteous behaviour.
We are called to walk this righteous path, as Jesus walked. That is our salvation.
Some believe this to be a denial of belief in Jesus, and is earning salvation.
They have talked so long and polarised so much, they have forgotton their faith
and ended in a place that scripture condemns. Evil doers die, spiritually.
The comfort these folk have is it is just physical death not spiritual death.
To point this out as where they are makes them very angry and you will receive
their feelings.
But to anyone who knows God and His word, the same conclusions you have drawn
will be spoken. It all this sad and confused, I wonder what is actually in their experiences
and souls. The Holy Spirit testifies to my heart the praise of Gods ways, His Holy laws and
His glorious gospel and resurrection.

walk as Jesus walked. yes.
this is how He walked:
- He sees what the Father is doing
- He does likewise
- He does nothing by Himself:
- He does nothing that the Father is not doing
so JPT, if you are walking like He walked, you don't do anything that the Father isn't already doing.
if you are seeking lost sheep, you are only doing it because the Father is already seeking lost sheep Himself.
the Christian cannot do anything by himself. the Christian only joins the work that Christ is already doing.
you take up His yoke -- do you imagine He drops it?
