Thank you Didy. It seems all I am able to do is sleep this weekend, I must need sleep.
Recovery requires energy. Without enough sleep your ability to recover diminishes. I have learned some of my best insights have come after a good night's sleep. Good mattresses to the mature seem to be as valuable as good shoes to an athlete. It's ok.Thank you Didy. It seems all I am able to do is sleep this weekend, I must need sleep.
In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
It takes energy to get well. It takes time to recharge. Be blessed. The prayers are working and your body is responding. Sleep well my brother.
