I grew up playing the piano for 7 years. I might pick it up again... thinking about the guitar too.

I've been playing guitar on an off for some time now. I purchased a semi-hollowbody guitar a few months ago, and have kept up with playing.

Hi! I absolutely love to play music. I play flute, clarinet and saxophone, and I play the piano. I'm trying to learn the violin but it's way out of my comfort zone!! By anyone else's standards I'd say I was relatively musical but I'm married to a professional standard musician!!
Since I was I teenager I've played in worship bands at churches (though sax is an addition in the last 10 years!!) and I love being able to serve God this way. I also play clarinet and sax in a jazz orchestra (this isn't me but it's the orchestra!!) And might be joining another orchestra on clarinet if I am up to playing the music (I think it's too hard!!)
We also name our instruments (I'm sorry I'm still learning names but someone had named their saxophones!!) Flora the flute, Clara (and Clarence) clarinets, saxophones (in size order) Meg (sop), Evelyn, Pavarotti & George (bari)!! (Yes we're mad!!)
So yeah...I love to play!!!!

Guitars are much easier to pick up than pianos. "Please pass me that piano." No, you just don't hear that
I played guitar for many years. It was my go-to. I still have the Norman guitar I bought in 1978
Or can you play an instrument? Or write music?
I grew up playing the guitar, and I know the basics of playing the drums (I can hold a beat).

Hi Mel. I play instruments. I grew up in the church under Worship Team Ministry and it’s my passion as well. I know how to play piano, guitar and drums.
I teach the kids on our church as well. You know, pass what you know. and they are better than me now and it feels good to see them grow as well. I am a worship leader as well in our church. Thanks and glory to God for this talents/gifts He has given Him. So I will use it for His glory.
