I Will Glorify Him In Thanksgiving,

Here the psalmist is lamenting all the bad things that have
happened to Him. He doesn't blame God directly but it is
sort of saying, where have you been Lord. Later on he is
ready to bargain with God by saying He will do this and
that if God helps him. Instead of that scenario, we need to
accept God from the beginning. He pours out so many of
His graces upon us. When we are willing to accept them,
our lives will be much closer to Him and we stray much less.
God doesn't ask us to do anything, He only asks us our
total commitment to Him. I am the Lord your God and you
shall not Gods before me. So when we are proactive rather
than reactive, our lives in Him will be much more fruitful. It's
sort of like building a house. When we do it right in the first
place, we won't need to run around and make repairs later.

Sometimes some forget that God is here but so is the enemy.
God allows evil...something we cannot understand...
But He does not cause it.

It's a good idea to know God and be strengthened by Him when all is well....
so that when something does happen,,,we're more ready to accept it and deal with it.

Aside from the fact that God works out all things for the good.
Romans 8:28

Love to hear from you

scripture says that once God has us by the hand
nothing can snatch us away. It is necessary to trust
and have faith in God. If we fear evil, we are not yet
one with God.

I gave you a like and I do agree with you ,,,, BUT

I learned a long time ago that we SHOULD fear evil (satan)
and that we should also respect (in the sense that he knows what he's doing) him because if we don't, we're more likely to fall for temptations that come our way.

What do you think of that?
I do agree with it.
Maybe you mean something different by "evil"?
Maybe you mean fear?

REV. 3:20-21-22-
Behold, I stand at The Door, and Knock: IF any man hear My Voice
and OPEN The Door,
I will come unto him and will sup with him, and he with Me.

To him that 'overcometh', will I grant to sit with ME in My Throne,
even as I also 'over-came' and am set down with My Father in His 'Throne'.

He that has an ear, let him hear what The Spirit says unto the Churches.'
