Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey--whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?
But thanks be to God that, though you used to be slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed the form of teaching to which you were entrusted.
You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

Two worlds. Slaves to sin, not in the Spirit but the world, slaves to righteousness, in the Spirit and not of the world.

Peoples testimonies declare where they reside rather than what is actually possible, big difference.

Oh yeah, here:

John 6:64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

Without Gods word and the Holy Spirit dwelling within, almost anything can be said without realising what it means. I have seen too many back tracking positions because it seemed right to them until suddenly they realised it showed they did not know God.
 
Hi forum, news update; "Kapow!" -- "God is Faithful", last Thursday I went to the ER, had emergency surgery and Praise Jesus I am now home and doing well, always trust in the Lord no matter what your circumstance and Praise His Name always.

Love to read your insightful posts -- I will jump back in the discussion when God permits,

My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever

So Jesus called Judas to preach the gospel and he wasn't even saved???

Sure Jesus knew from the beginning What Judas would do but that does not mean that Judas was a devil when Jesus called him preach the gospel

Think about what you're saying Jesus called Judas to preach and gave him power to preach and heal the sick

Peter said Judas by transgression fell but you say you was never saved

You are absolutely right.....there is a way that seems right but the end thereof are the ways of death

OK, For example: Here is a core statement of my theology: I believe that I am saved by grace through faith and not be works.

I get that from Ephesians 2:8,9.

Serious question.

How do you know if you don't?

I myself when I confess my sin before God always ask "Reveal to me any sin that I have committed that I'm not aware off"

A real eye opener when you do that, the Holy Spirit looks at your whole day and reveals stuff.

A simple example being my daughter wants to talk about something but I say no because I'm typing on this site.

Don't do it anymore.
She is more important than this site.
