I would not have any idea to where even start making a video.

I can understand what you were trying to say. Its just seemed to get carried away with imagery rather than focusing on that not seen.... the spiritual understanding. That which we are following after. Sometimes we can get ahead of ourselves and trip up our own selves or fall behind with Christ as the rear guard giving us rest.. .

I would ask again . Is spot on what ?
I didn't know; that was a question for ME! "Is spot on what?" WHAT? Is what spot; on what?

I think another BIG problem is; I can't make extravagant video's; like most people can. Mine are usually ; SO BORING! Cant help but to be embarrassed right now.
Somebody has shown a frowning face. That's precisely what I'm thinking right now. I'm trying to think of a reason to stay a member; in this forum anymore.

Its OK. Your approach might be more effective if you articulate your thoughts on certain matters through your posts. It may be boring to some but also others may find it insightful and beneficial. It goes both ways. I have to give you credit for trying to offer your own spiritual insight. No need to be embarrassed whatsoever.
Again; I DONT have a video making studio. Im pretty much limited; to a video; like that.

That's alright, neither do I nor would I even know how to attempt to make a video. I think that I mentioned about the use of a tripod if that is possible to keep the camera steady at least.

What you think; NOW!? Don't post any further video's?
I had a hard time following the point you were trying to make. For the time being, it may be more effective to state your view or perception on your topic of choice by just writing posts. Truthfully, the quality of your videos are horrible and that is taking the focus off the important points you are attempting to convey.

I've heard the body glue thing before, and it seems totally irrelevant to me.

What is the point? That because body glue is shaped like a cross, therefore Jesus? That is not very compelling evidence. It's akin to walking through the woods and seeing two branches forming a cross and exclaiming, "the branches are crossed! Jesus must be real! He made that tree! It must be a sign that proves his existence!".

The way this should be approached is: because the Word of God says so, therefore Jesus. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. It is God's will that through faith the elect should enter into Christ. If there was evidence compelling enough to prove the existence of God, why would we need faith?

God could easily prove his existence at any time he so desires, and people would come to him in flocks. But during this the Church age, he chooses to reveal himself only to those whom he chooses, and the method that he uses to do this is the gospel.

1 Corinthians 1:18-24
18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
19 For it is written:

“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;
the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”

20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
21 For since in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom did not know Him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.
22 Jews demand signs and Greeks search for wisdom,
23 but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles,
24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.

DISCLAIMER: When i say "prove his existence" I mean in an undeniable way that cannot be reasoned away by unbelievers.

We prefer well articulated posts. I really hope you stick around! You've livened things up around here a bit!

I understand about that you are limited by the cell phone. The thing is that I don't believe that you were particularly articulate in how you presented the material. Another thing, you created a thread, posted a video but did not state your own view in your OP but just expected members to click on a video because you asked them to.

For starters, if a member is not interested in your topic there probably is no point to click on the video. Personally, in this instance, based on the title of your thread, I had no clue what the OP was referring to. There is really no need to be defensive, it is the nature of the Bible Discussion Forum to actually discuss and debate on the OP and to a member's own perception on how it relates to the material. It is unreasonable to expect that no one will disagree with you. It is nothing against you personally. Everyone don't agree with all of my posts either and that's alright by me.

I will offer a little piece of advice and that is to limit your use of ALL CAPS as that is considered shouting and irks some members.

I haven't watched them, but don't feel bad. We rarely watch ANYONE's videos that they post. And as I said before, very few here will click on a link (if given) unless they know what it is.

I wouldn't say you're boring, but you ARE a bit prideful in the way you keep trying to become a "hit" on here. Like self-dissolving said, it's better to stick to fairly well-articulated posts rather than videos.. :)

Looks like I didn't do as good a job; as I would've thought that I did.
An easy mistake to make one I make myself is not understanding that your audience does not have all the information or knowledge or thinking that you have. So you have to make your presentation in such a way that it is comprehensive.

The video is presuming to explain; that the "Cross" isn't a Constantine invention, as JW's insist that it is.
if not rome where did the cross idea come from?
