They are about the same. I am studying some supplemental nutrients that are herbal remedies for poor eyesight. Most promote lutein and zeaxanthin-Marigold flowers-astaxanthin-hyaluronic acid or HA. Maybe that is what the Lord wants from me.

Fasting, too has great healing effects. It gives the body a chance to heal instead of working on consuming and digesting.

It's midday here in the UK on Saturday and for the first time in months I've cleared my to-do list for the day and have just gotten back under the covers with a cup of tea while scrolling CC :) weather is miserable outside and I bought a new book yesterday - going to stay in bed and read something I haven't done in a LONG time!!

Happy Saturday amigos, whether it's productive, chilled, or adventure-filled! :D
