There's already a poetry forum, which could also be used for what you suggest. If the site leader doesn't see a large enough need for a forum it won't happen. And since a forum already exists that could be similar to what you request it likely won't happen.

What's "allowed"?
Mods don't pay much attention to anything beyond broken rules. You could post a thread about health in the poetry section, a thread on 80s pop in the Bible forum and a thread on bubble gum in the suggestions forums and mods won't even look close enough to change it.
The sites subsections barely mean anything anymore. And if you point it out in a thread someone will criticize you for doing so, so don't bother. Post what you want where you want.
