Signs are not performed..Signs follow the unseen things the invisible work of God.
The power we do have in these temporal bodies of death is not of us ,
2 Corinthians 4:7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
Healings do not comes through the apostles, the apostles are witnesses of the unseen power that works in the believer with the believer in respect to Emmanuel (God with us) working to both will and do the good pleasure of God.
Our imputed righteousness that we is that we can given the honor as new creatures work out as He does work with us, yoked together according to the labor of His Love . Or at least that is how I hear what I think the word is saying.
Prophecy, the living abiding word of God leads... signs follow to show one has believed. Its never about the temporal healing God heals in discriminately.
If we turn that upside down we would destroy the law of faith taking away its understanding
Hebrews 11 King James Version (KJV) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Not upside down as if the evidence was the substance and therefore we walk by sight
Jesus said its a evil generation (natural man, no faith ) that seeks after signs and miracles before they will believe. The unbelieving Jew (no faith) made Jesus into a circus seal.... show us a miracle then we will believe .again that describes walking by sight (no faith)
John 4:48Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.
John 6:30They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work?
Its one master (walk by the faith of Christ) or the other (walk by sight after the natural course of this world ) no man can serve two.
Unbelief in the scriptures undermines the truth of the gospel of salvation and therefore those who believe another gospel
cannot partake of the full gospel of salvation.
Repentance from our offences and sins against God and his righteousness
Believing the gospel and submitting to the commandments therein
Water baptism (plunged under) and confessing our faith in Jesus as our Saviour and Redeemer for the forgiveness of our sins
Asking for the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the Bible evidence of speaking in a new tongue (praying in the Holy Spirit)
Walking onwards in the power and work of the indwelling Holy Spirit (Jesus and the Father) to overcome the flesh and our
worldly ways
Learning directly from God through the Holy Spirit, especially when praying in tongues, and also through the operation of
the voice gifts in church meetings (particularly prophecy)
Upholding our testimonies as to the power and truth of the gospel and Jesus with signs following …

Un-belief (no faith) is generated by those who seek after a sign and wonders gospel before they will believe,
.Seeeing is beliving to those with no faith .Out of sight out of mind. The show me kind and then I will follow
Jesus calls them that have no faith an evil generation and brings an outward sign against them to confirm their unbelief.
Matthew 12:39But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation "seeketh after a sign"; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
Jesus did not say well done after all who needs faith when a person can witness some work of edifying themselves that they perform, in a hope it confirms something?
John 4:48Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.
And yet they still refused to believe making Jesus into a circus seal.

You repeat this ad nauseam, but you completely overlook Mark 16:17 "These signs shall accompany those who have believed..."
Find someone who actually preaches "sign seeking" and tell it to them. Nobody here is saying that.
The Lame Beggar Healed
1 Now Peter and John were going up to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.
2 And a man lame from birth was being carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple that is called the Beautiful Gate to ask alms of those entering the temple.
3 Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked to receive alms.
4 And Peter directed his gaze at him, as did John, and said, “Look at us.”
5 And he fixed his attention on them, expecting to receive something from them.
6 But Peter said, “I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”
7 And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong.
8 And leaping up, he stood and began to walk, and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God.
9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God,
10 and recognized him as the one who sat at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, asking for alms. And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

It all works together for the good of the gospel and the preaching of the truth of the gospel
Some first believe and then experience the following signs, miracles and wonders; others see a miracle on another recipient and
then they overcome their unbelief and are open to accepting the full gospel.
Any which way people are converted and receive Christ Jesus and the gospel and then start living unto God's righteousness and
purpose.
21 And Jesus asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?” And he said, “From childhood.
22 And it has often cast him into fire and into water, to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”
23 And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”
24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!”
Mark 9: (ESV)
And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. (KJV)

So if no signs accompany they are not believers or saved folks? What specific signs are required to validate belief?
Scripture does say faith is the evidence of things unseen.
Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Agreed, modern day tongues which is basically gibberish should not be associated with God.and the word "gibberish" is not the word of God

thank God the tongues I speak God knows as the word of Gods says. it does not matter if man think it is gibberish God knows what I am saying as 1cor chapter 14 says.

the question you asked you know the answer too, you have been told many times. it is your contentious manner that you ask this strawman question in the first place. No one has said If signs do not "accompany" person means they are not saved or a believer. The word of God states Mark 16:20 " And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. "
nowhere does it say IF you see no signs you are not saved? So, your question is bias and meaningless.
You do not even follow your own logic. If your interpretation is correct and signs follow and confirm the word then if there are no signs the word is not confirmed.

If God knew it was gibberish He would have called it that in 1cor 14. as I said the word gibberish is not in the Word of God. But it is your own explanation for one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
