Since most Christians are interested in specific topics, investing in Nave's Topical Bible would be a good start. Every Bible topic is included with the actual Scripture references, and a breakdown into sub-topics.It is also available online. Then to further dig into the subject I believe Bible Hub is an excellent source, with plenty of Bible study tools. I use it regularly. There are other study tools also but I have not investigated all.
I own a KJV with a topical index of sorts in the back too!
I cant STAND reading from the computer screen. I prefer regular paper. If I "read" the Bible online I use AUDIO BIBLE, i memorize things better by LISTENING rather than hearing, so I believe audio bibles are great. Its the original way of delivering the message!
Yes, Romans 11 is addressed to Gentile Christians but it is all about Jews. It is also a very significant portion of Scripture since it refutes Replacement Theology. It also tell us that God has a specific number of Gentiles in view, who will be added to the Church. And when the full number of Gentiles has been completed, God will resume His direct dealings with the Jews and Israel through Christ (after His Second Coming). And this is because of the Abrahamic Covenant given to * the fathers* (the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob).

Before I answer (which we all know what the obvious answer here is), there are nearly 8 billion people on this planet currently. How you answer this, will also give me the answer to every person who is currently in a graveyard from Adam to whomever just recently passed on this last minute. But out of the 8 billion people currently alive at this very moment, because Yeshua died for ALL sins, do you believe ALL 8 billion people whether they believe in God, have other gods before the true God, just don't believe there are gods and God, are going to be in Paradise with God?

And frankly, the NT didn't even exist at the time this scripture was written.
To what was the writer referring? What was "the word of truth" at that time?
It may have included more than just the existing OT. Perhaps the whole message
of the gospel that they were entrusted with. No doctrinal books were in existence.
They were guarding the truth from false ideas from every direction.
In fact, the chapter context bears this out. It's about dealing with false teachers.
2 Timothy 2:14-15
Keep reminding God’s people of these things.
Warn them before God against quarreling about words;
it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen.
15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved,
a worker who does not need to be ashamed and
who correctly handles the word of truth.
When you say "most of them (the words of Jesus) are not for the body of Christ, since the body of Christ was in mystery form", this is a little fuzzy to me. Are you saying that the body of Christ today do not have to be concerned with most of the words of Jesus Christ spoken in the NT?
There are some teachings that can be directly applied no matter what dispensation one lives. Example: the tongue is like a fire. That's true in any time period, before the cross or after.
I believe that Paul does distinquish between the dead works of the Law of Moses, and good works of the Law of Christ:
Galatians 6:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
What do you think happens to a saved person that does not fulfil the Law of Christ? And remember this is Paul's own words.

Rightly dividing means no substracting from the whole, or adding to it.But as it is written we abide in Him
