Hi Steph, stomach ulcers aren’t caused by stress they are caused by
bugs in the gut and treated with antibiotics. For decades it was thought
stress was the cause but then it was discovered this isn’t correct,

That being said, maybe there is a genuine medical reason for you
feeling sick. Could be reflux for example or an ulcer. I would go back to your
doctor maybe you are assuming you are too stressed and it’s a medical issue all
along. 🙂

Steph I forgot to say, I’m praying that you find a solution to
all of this. Maybe you need time out to rest and just be who you are
meant to be for a while before looking for another job.
Lord show Steph what she should do next. If there are stresses or illness to
deal with I pray you will bring the right people into her life to help her deal
with all of this. I pray that at the right time a “Steph shaped job” will come
along that is ideal and no one else but Steph can fulfill.
Bring peace and contentment too Lord and give her your wisedom to know
what to do next. Strengthen her and build her up Lord, show her your deep love
for her. May it fill Steph up and overflow until she knows with certainty that she
is loved by you, that you are her strong tower, her protector and instructor, her
helper and comforter.
Lord I pray for Steph mum too that you will release her from any worry and she will
know she can lean on you. Lord provide for them both I pray. Amen.

My job at Tyson can be stressful as well, I just haft to keep reminding myself that God has me here for a reason, and His reason is being revealed. WHen you are stressed, simply do this, pray, yes i said pray to God and ask Him for the knowledge to do your job and the ability, to guide your hands and mind to be successful because you work for God not just the company.
