Did paul get his revelation from a different Holy Spirit than the apostles and Jesus?

Did Noah get his instructions from someone other than God? I'm quite certain God hasn't told me to build an ark because a flood is coming. Must not be the same God. My God would have given us the same directions.
We can say Jesus perfected the existing standards of holiness, but the new yardstick was brought only after the cross.
Let's see Jesus' response in Matthew 12:11, when He was accused of breaking the Sabbath:
11 He said to them, “If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out? 12 How much more valuable is a person than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.”
If the Law was no longer in force at that time Jesus would have responded with something like: "I have already released you all from the bondage of the Law". There would be no need for any other justification at all. When Jesus says "it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath" He is perfecting the law of Moses.
“The Law and the Prophets were until John".
Luke doesn't say here that the Law was in force only until John and evidently it was in force throughout Jesus' earthly ministry because He said "obey the scribes and the Pharisees".
I'm not sure why Absolutely keeps quoting parts of that verse without context. The Law and the Prophets prepared the way for the Jews to receive their Messiah until John came along and prepared the way. Nothing there about the Law being in force until John appears. That's a private interpretation.
Is has value to me as well, but God's direction to Noah is not to me to follow, but for me to study and understand what God was doing back then. You still fail to see the importance of TO and FOR.
God's direction given to the disciples is not the same direction God gave the Apostle Paul.
If Jesus was bringing in the New Covenant then virtually nobody will be saved. Read below:
27“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart".
If you just look you commit adultery and if you commit adultery you're an adulterer, and adulterers will not enter heaven. Paul says adulterers will not enter heaven, but he doesn't count people who just looked as adulterers.
My view is from heaven to man.
Your view is from man then lateral.
You take what you think "is" then apply it under a need to stand in the concept that the gospels are part of the ot.
That is what drives your view.
You are needing the ministry of Jesus to change nothing.
You need everything he stood for to be " under the law"

Ok, God told Moses to go to Egypt and deliver the Israelites from bondage, etc...Is that directions you are to follow specifically, TO you, or is it FOR you to understand and gain spiritual lessons from the story to apply in 2019?
No conflict between the earthly Jesus and the risen Jesus?
Earthly Jesus: "Obey the scribes and the Pharisees".
Risen Jesus: "You are not under the Law".
Surely you do not take your stand there.
To think the believer has no thought discipline.

It is odd that people believe the word , holy, is something mystical and ut of the reach of comprehension. As far as I have seen, holy is interchangeable with separate. We are a separate people, we are holy becuse our God is holy......and we live in a separate manner, being in the world but not of it……….no?
How does anyone interpret our Master, Savior and Lord as obeying the pharisees. He upbraided them several times. He pointed out to them their hypocrisy. He taught against certain teachings of the OT SUCH AS AND EYE FOR AN EYE, AND TO LOVE OUR ENEMY AND TO PRAY FOR THEM. hE HEALED ON the Sabbath, and He permitted His disciples to glean wheat on the SAbbath..
Jesus did not obey the law, but He did not break the law as He has explained it and taught it.
I like unleavened bread, while many people today serve up leavened bread all covered with jams……...I prefer the unleavened.
