When I tried St Johns Wort, I do remember that it’s a herb that can interact with other medication for mental health. So we’re not supposed to take St Johns Wort if we take any other medication.
It’s one or the other otherwise there can be side effects. Can you ask a trained professional, like a Chemist, a naturopath or a mental health practitioner?
Hope you’re alright, Peace to you. God bless

Take good care, I’d like to pray for you if you don’t mind - I can’t do much but I can pray.
goodnight :) I need to go give my eyes a rest from screens now. Thinking of getting one of those eye masks like people wear on the plane trying to sleep lol.
God Bless. Peace to you

Didn't seem to help me. Like I have told others that ask why at times I feel depressed and I say, "Don't ask me, I'm not a psychiatrist".

Natural supplements aren't generally as strong as pharmaceuticals and thus don't work as well.
The affect any medication has, natural or not, can vary from person to person. So what may work for one may do nothing for another.
But getting the source of the depression also affects things. Some depression may be cured because the reasons are not psychological but physical. So it's always good to have the source figured out before attempting to resolve it.

I have had numerous clients who have taken it. Some thought it helped, some thought it too strong. With any homeopathic medication it is just as important to research side effects and proper dosage. That doesn't mean that what is printed on the side of the bottle is right for you to consume. These are still powerful natural medicines. This is something you should ween yourself onto and off of. Not something to start and stop cold turkey.
There's probably a homeopathic website that will have info for you or better yet, find a homeopathic doctor.

You might look into Kratom. It's a natural product, non-addictive and is taken for a variety of things. If nothing else it does give a mild boost of energy. Also, depression can b a spiritual issue that takes prayer (w/friends=more powerful) if possible and forcing yourself to get involved w/people like volunteer work. God bless you!

Yes, Kratom for dental pain works for me.
Sam-e does as well for a mood lifter with the added benefit
being very good for the liver.

Depression can be a sign of low vitamin D.
Also, diet can trigger depression/anxiety.

I believe I became very close to depression once, and I found out that depression just may be totally debilitating fro a person. I did find out depression is real for I had never fully undrstood it to be possible..

So folks, pray for all who suffer this ailment, it is real. Whether it be a product of environment or a satanic attack, it is real, so pray for all. It is needed.
