The very fact you give those two choices tells me you do not know God's ways.
God tells us two important things: we are human and cannot reach perfection, and we are to be perfect.
Endo tells us to disobey Christ about being perfect, tell Christ no you won't try because you can't make it. You repeat this. I can't make it, scripture tells me so, and that is not a reason I accept to tell Christ no, I won't try.
I accept what Christ did for me and I died to sin with Christ. Christ takes my sin and I put on the ways of Christ rather than going all my own way. Christ as God knows the way and can lead me. Christ was on Mt Sinai, it was given as our first guide and Christ explains it more fully. Christ says follow me and that is just what I will do, I will not tell Christ no because it is all called law.
So you have chosen unwisely.
Galatians 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
I'm sure Endo probably tells you to disobey YOUR IDEA of Christ telling you to work at the law.
But no one can tell you to disobey YOUR IDEAS. If you think you must, then you must.
What is surprising to me is that you have been shown LOTS of the gospel through bible verses but still can't put 2+2 together. I think it is purposeful. I think you reject scripture in favor of YOUR IDEAS of working at the law. That's not supposed to be the way scripture works. Scripture is supposed to change your thinking. To tear down all the strongholds and imaginations that you have that are against Christ.
Isn't it strange how the Law can be a stronghold and an imagination against Christ?
2 Corinthians 3:14-16
14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
