If you are a premillie then we have nothing to share.
To be plain I am calvinist, supralapsarian, amillenist, and all else that is biblical.

I believe the man who is not willing to submit to the electing love and sovereign grace of God, has great reason to question whether he is a Christian at all, for the spirit that kicks against that is the spirit of the devil, and the spirit of the unhumbled, unrenewed heart.
Charles Spurgeon

Guess Ed does not like Calvinists.[/QUOTE]
There is much I agree on with Calvinists.

I just completely disagree with Amills.

You did not address your error from Isaiah 11:11. Why?

Of course you misunderstood, that is your forte'. You and I come at this from two different angles and that will only lead to a crash when we get to the intersection.

It will only come to a crash if you let it.
I can and have spoken freely with many of my brothers who do not come from where I came from. In fact some of them have changed my views.

I am not going to persuade you, that is the Holy Spirit's job.
I never asked you to. And your arrogant to think I am wrong and you are right.. Thats your first mistake. And again i ask, if your that way, WHY ARE YOU HERE???? (This is a bibe DISCUSSION forum, or do you need to be shown what a DISCUSSION is?

The rest of us are here to discuss Gods word, even if we disagree..
Because for the sounds of it, and by this post, your motive is NOT to discuss the word of God. And to CC, thats a problem.

But we also cannot connect on much of anything. I am NOT thinking you are Armiinian at all. Probably more Amyraldian so you got some things right. LOL

So I am an amil who believes God kept His promises.
We wait for His coming......that is the last promise. <Maranatha>
yet you can not show how ad 70 was far more severe than WW1 and WW2, so severe than Jesus had to return because all life on earth was threatened.

Yet you judge me..Actually all you have done is strengthen me,, Thank you.

Aside from all the scripture throwing........."take that verse!"........."no, Take THAT one".........and so it goes.
What is the purpose of a new Israel? Or a new temple? I'd like to see some logical answers if there are any.
And don't tell me God isn't logical..........just look at the order of His creation.
This post makes no sense whatsoever.

Really?

Isaiah 11:
11 It shall come to pass in that day
That the Lord shall set His hand again the SECOND time
To recover the remnant of His people who are left,
From Assyria and Egypt,
From Pathros and Cush,
From Elam and Shinar,
From Hamath and the [d]islands of the sea.

First regathering was after the Babylonian captivity.

The 2nd started on May 14, 1948.

Very inconvenient for the replacement Theologians that the Jews are in the Land under the name ISRAEL.
The second regathering was when Christ lead captivity captive.

Folks. They just can't explain why there is an Israel today. They MUST be against this nation. They refuse to adjust their understanding.

The poster said there was no Scripture saying God would again regather the Nation. I gave a precise, exact Scripture that said He will and did. Unable to accept the precise Scripture, they MUST twist it into something they can't even believe.

To this I say, Why have Gods enemies controlled the land of cannan from AD 70 until today. If it was meant to be for the church, the church should be living in that land, and if she weas following God. Shoud be enjoying the peace God promised the children of abraham who was given that land..
WOW, lets not let facts get in the way here....

Im sure the spiritual Israelites will be relocating there any second now.

Or wait... maybe the land is spiritual too? *dun dun duuu*

Mat 21:19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

What part of the fig tree not growing any fruit on it from henceforward FOR EVER do you not understand?

Romans 2:29….but he is a Jew who is one INWARDLY, and circumcision is that which is of the HEART, by the Spirit.
Oy vey... This proof text doesnt run too far, read Romans 3:1ff -> it refutes what you are trying to make it say instantly. OOPS.

Matt 24 is fulfilled?

WW1 and WW2 was far greater tribulation for the world than AD 70 even promised to be. So it could not fulfill matt 24,

And When did jesus return. Because if he did not return, all flesh on earth would die? Did I miss it?
Another preterist delusion is that matthew 24 is ALL fulfilled already. Its UNBELIEVABLE how anyone can sit here and believe Jesus returned in the clouds and "all eyes saw Him" yet nobody saw Him.

zzzzzzz

Worst time in history? 70AD in Jerusalem was a picnic compared to world war 2. Give me a break.

I actually agree with GnT there. However, the true Jew is believing Jews and Gentiles alike. Even the Jews who will come to saving faith will also have the circumcision of the heart by the Spirit of God.

The spiritual Israelite's are already living in the promised land.

Now that's funny that you're poking fun using those words because it is a spiritual land and you just proved my point that the Lord can put words into anybodies mouth. You prophesied to the thread and didn't even know it.

And that's what I've been saying the whole time. The true Jew, Israelite, seed of Abraham are God's chosen people, not those wicked unsaved Jews.

You want to compare "recent" history with what happened 2000 years ago.
Have you read Josephus at all? Do you not see the destruction of the earthquakes, a destruction of an entire city and its population & with the destruction that comes with a warfare siege of that time? Starvation, sickness, death.
the 4 horsemen war, starvation, sickness, death

Apparently you don't, so I ask, WHY CONTINUE butting heads? It is not a discussion, it becomes a one-upsmanship debate which is impossible in a forum. Why is it arrogant to not want to squabble with someone who sees blue when I see green? i have said many times in these forums that I prefer "iron to sharpen iron". To me, this debate with you is not edifying. It certainly cannot be edifying to you either.

I would debate with you one on one up to a point, but I think you have had many debates with many "brothers" and already have heard the same views that I have.

I hope that satisifies you. Almost forgot Is 11:11 1st gathering: out of Egypt 2nd gathering: out of Babylon
