Are there any holidays with pagan origins?

Is the Christmas tree pagan?

The easter rabbit or eggs pagan or fertility god worship?

Halloween?

What do you think?

Most of our holidays have pre-Christian ties, even Groundhog Day. Some of these ties (like Halloween for example) are tenuous at best.
That said however, be quite blunt, the "pagan-ness" has been effectively bred out of these holidays for well over 1,000 years now.
