Speaking from personal experience with a ruptured cyst that led to my cancer, they're usually benign but they CAN hurt sometimes. Though if it's THAT painful for you, Gracie, I'd get it checked out..

Okay, but sebaceous cysts aren't cancerous... oh dear....

That's good at least, try not to put yourself in situations where you get too romantically involved with people that don't meet Godly requirements it will help you stay away from lots of potential heartache and ask your parents for advice about that stuff I'm sure they know plenty too
