It's a theological system from DTS. It teaches no matter what, if a person "believes" they go to heaven. Even if later they're shown to be apostate. According to Zane Hodges one can even become a child of the devil and still get in. He's from DTS as well. Charles Stanley teaches the same things. I agree with you in the sense that grace is not free because a great price had to be paid but if Jesus paid the price is it not free to those who bank the cheque as such?
We know that Paul addressed this in Romans 6.
Grace is not a licence to sin.
I don't buy their take whatsoever. Keep in mind this system originated c. 1900 from Lewis Sperry Chafer of DTS. So, if it's new it's not true. It's just repackaged antinomianism imho.
