Lol... U work out? So I uploaded 3 of my sky photos... Tried adding more but it keeps saying previous action could not be done due to low memory bla bla... Wonder why... Still waiting for approval though..
cool I'll make sure to check em out and yeaaa I used to play football so I had to work out then I technically ran track but I never showed to the meets lol I did weight training and went to practice though. Now though I wanted to work out for a few reasons, one being so I don't look like a complete girl so yea.

Cool... So like you're supposed to be a jock.... Except for the face eh? Nice... I would love to run track... Didn't have a track team in my school till I was a class behind graduating class.... But still my mum would never let me join... Say it'll interfere with my studies and such.. same thing she did for football/soccer in both my junior and senior years... Sigh... Anyways... We're talking bout you not me.... Didn't make the cut for track? What exercises do u do? Lol... Guess it has

well you can totally talk about yourself lady its fine, track can be fun it just wasn't for me if youre a runner though that's cool maybe you can figure out a way to join one of those marathon thingies instead. anyway I HAD to run track cuz I played football but the coaches wanted us to either run track or play baseball so we could stay fit and stuff BUT thanks to my high endurance my coach FORCED me to run track even though I wanted to try baseball. I don't enjoy running for no reason, I don't like wearing(basically) boxer briefs, and I didn't like pushing myself at the time so I hated track lol. the only thing I thought was kinda cool was the high jump and we didn't have that so yea. and for my workouts I do calisthenics, or bodyweight exercises, so I split the workouts up into groups, so I do abs, triceps, biceps, legs, and chest soooo for abs I start with leg raises and the L sit ( i cant hold it for too long) then I go down the progression of easier exercises until I can't do anymore lol. then id do the same thing for triceps starting with dips, biceps starting with pullups, legs starting with assisted pistol squats, and for my chest I just do inclined pushups. I think I need to start doing more work on my shoulders though because they seem a lot weaker then the rest of my arms so yea.

Yes.. I slipped and fell on ice in 2014, and got sciatica in my left leg. I lost alot of strength in that leg, and also my left leg is longer than the right one, so that adds to the difficulty.

I do exercises twice a day, gives me a good workout. :) And it really helps my leg, especially when I have to up stairs.. And it helps tone my booty too, so that's good.. lol
