Does anyone else exercise like weights or stuff like that ( so unprofessional lol )? so what exercise do you do? Please give descriptions that would be awesome of you, unique person

I like calisthenics, or body weight exercises, they are things like pushups and pullups but with strength and body control you can eventually learn really complicated movements or holds like handstands, the L sit, human flags and so on. Atm I'm just doing basics like dips, assisted pistol squats, inclined pushups, pull ups, abs have gotten super strong i can actually hold an L sit for a bit now.

Hmm... Back then when I was working out... I just go for... 10 push-ups, 20 situps, 15 bicep drips or 1 minute horse stance... For 2-3 sets... I keep going for 2 sets though.... EVERYDAY

Oh yeah body weight exercise is great, I forgot but thanks for reminding me of this

I think that would be crazy to do that on the first try lol
Yeah that was my first plan... But it was too hard for me... So I went for 2-3 sets for now... Though I keep going for 2 sets... Sadly... But if my body can handle it well go for 5 sets

Than perhaps warm up before you go, like streaching and jump jacks. But than you gotta like cool down, meaing doing more stretching
