I think he is one of those people who mainly do motivational stuff so with theology i wouldn't be too trusting tbh. Doesn't nean you can't get anything from him though you just need to be discerning, i would recommend people like Piper, steve lawson, paul washer, voddie bauchem, Francis chan, etc.

Though he does motivate people to trust God and other things about our Faith... I guess I could see your point
