Mixing grace with works is NOT what God tells us to do. It is BY His grace, that we are saved FOR good works.. Good works won't get you into heaven. Nor will they secure you a ticket to salvation..
I dunno where you get this from, but it's absolute bull ..
I dunno where you get this from, but it's absolute bull ..
I believe the preaching that Everyone born who says "Lord, Lord, is saved, is a deceit. This is what the serpent convinced Eve of. I also believe as the Christ teaches, that we are to LIVE by EVERY WORD which comes from the mouth of God. So while I agree that I had nothing to do with the creation of His Grace, not by righteousness that I have done. That nothing I can do will save me. I've said over and over, Only the Blood of the Christ saves. But NOT EVERYONE receives this Grace. To say they do is a lie Megenta. There are "many" who call the Christ "Lord, Lord, who will not receive God's Grace. Why? Who doesn't receive this "free gift"?
Now should I go to the Pope to find out who receives this Grace? Decon, shall I lay my life and the life of my family on the words of Decon?
So I know what Decon teaches, I know what the Pope teaches, they are all saved and they had no part or choice whatsoever in their own salvation.
But what does the Christ say?
Luke 6:
46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
47 Whosoever ( Jew or Gentile) cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:
48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
49 But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great
Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Ex. 20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
This is why Zechariahs knew the Christ when He came, and Saul and the Pharisees did not. So it's not me who says not everyone who claims belief in the Christ is saved, it is my Master, and I believe Him, All His Words.
Matt. 7:
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven (receive His Grace) but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you:
Think about this Magenta. These people had been taught that they were saved. That they were all set. They gave the Christ credit for everything they did. They were "many" and did everything in Christ's name, gave the Christ the glory for everything they did.
But the Christ didn't even know them. They thought HE did? they believed He did. They were convinced His Grace was given to them.
But they were deceived just like Eve. There were convinced they were saved, and that God's instructions were not important, so they rejected them and created their own religious works.
And what did they get for holding up the Christ and giving Him all the credit? Placing His Name on the images of God they created maybe. Placing His Name on their own High Days maybe?
"depart from me, ye that work iniquity".
So they had works as do we all. But their works were transgressing God's Commandments.
I don't believe any of the Christ's Words are Bull****.
This has been an argument among religious men since Cain.
7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
