In this scenario anyone could have put any such substance in her single beer. Just a possibility. In my case there was nothing administered, I'm guessing with a date rape drug there could be loss of memory due to coming in and out of consciousness or the drugs effect on memory.

I don't think loss of memory due to time or trama is exactly the same "mechanism" in a date rape drug.

Looking up the effects of date rape drugs I found that the victims lose the ability to form memories and often don’t lose consciousness. It creates a form of amnesia where temporarily the victims can’t form any new memories.
Just as a FYI.
As for the guys guilt . It’s some pretty slim evidence that is being used to totally wreck someone’s life. Then again we are talking about a sacred cow and all must me done to protect a woman’s rite to have a baby sucked or ripped out of her body.

I can’t say yes or no on guilt it is a he said she said thing . So in doubt it is not guilty for me .
