I know how that feels like being exhausted .. I was on vacation a while back and getting up at 5 am to go to the gym after being on here for about 4 hours...now when I went back to work can't cut it...trying to go to the gym after work..but that hasn't happened yet.
becc is the 1st one to post on this whole site this morning!! I can not sleep took another hot shower to see if it helps.
