Unfortunately that food is missing some salt:

John 20: 27 Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.”

Jesus' resurrected body was physical, not just spiritual. His physical body ascended.
Yes the Son of man Jesus used Thomas as a picture of those who are without faith, the forward generation of Adam, natural unconverted man "no faith"

Yes was of the flesh, is no longer. The one time demonstration is over

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new 2 Corinthians 5:16

Did it?
When Mary found the resurrected anointed master alive having left the tomb she tried to touch him.
Did she touch the man she knew before the cross.

If reality is what you claim , Jesus ascended bodily, is 1 John 1 wrong ?

I'm not sure what you're getting at here. Perhaps you could rephrase it?

Sorry, I wanted to add that firmament meant expanse. So they are in the expanse of the heavens. Not the atmosphere

Methinks you're missing what verse 16 says because it is written in late-middle English. Here it is in modern English:

"So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer."

The point of it is not that Jesus was in the flesh and now is not; rather, that we were only in the flesh and now are not. The second verse you quoted clarifies it.

So if you're trying to assert that Jesus ascended only in spirit, your point is unsupported by the verses you quoted.
