I think part of my problem is I just need to get outta the house and join a bible group maybe or something. Thankfully instead of drowning out my sorrows on porn or something stupid I drowned them out on Biblical (helpful) Theology Its a good start at least lol-

Romans 12:1
“Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.”
Surrending and believing that Jesus died on the Cross for you as well as accepting Jesus into your life is Salvation.
Acts 16:30-31
“Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
How I live for God is to love and serve people, to show them the light and love of God through loving and serving them in truth and mercy

That’s what that scripture in Acts talks about... believing in Christ Jesus, it’s not “works” that’ll save you but it’s the grace and mercy of God
Yes, repentance is definitely important but you must remember to know that once you ask God for forgiveness with all your heart, that you believe that you are forgiven.
I like the fact that you get prompted to pray for others that’s a sign of compassion and maybe Gods put that compassion in your heart to pray for those people - by obeying God, it’s one of many ways of serving God, as mentioned in the first scripture.

and well what I felt the first week of being saved was what a lot of Christians felt too after they where saved namely a clear almost constant urge for God its died down a bit but that first 4 months even I didn't watch porn at all-
