Why's this in the Family forums and not the User2User Tech sections where it belongs?
What was the "vague" answer the admin gave you. Vague to you may be clear to another. Who was the admin?
Is this in reference to the chat rooms? You did not make that clear. Most of the chatters don't use the forums and vice versa. So you need to be clear which area you ask questions about.
Or do you mean forums? You said "title" which is not a chat thing.
If admins didn't help I'm not sure if anyone else can.

And with the site update there are still things many people don't know.
