I meant to say that women can teach the kids at church. They can also teach other women, but they should not be teaching men or leading men. Men should step up and take the lead. That's how God intended it. I know many churches allow women to lead and teach men. And that contradicts God's word.
Thing is, Gods used me to lead devotion groups at work, including where there are men present (it’s a mixture of males and females and different dominations). God’s actually used me to establish two groups in two different locations. Which are all still on-going.
In terms of one on one with men, that is something I personally refuse to do and would approach another matured godly man to intervene and take them under his wing.
These groups that I’ve been used have actually been fruitful for all members and some with even personal breakthroughs in their personal lives. It’s an encouraging group to be a part of, especially in the nature of work they are associated with.
Whereas I do fully believe that a woman should not preach or lead a congregation or church, and that is the duty and responsibility of a man, I also believe that we shouldn’t miss the opportunity to be able to be used by God to bless others. These groups have helped me grow personally with God in my walk, and for that I am very grateful and blessed.
