I think you do not understand the law.

If the law demands perfection, and you are under law, your still under bondage, as long as you still sin, which you admit you do, the law condemns you, because you have failed to live up to its standards (even james said if we break one command, your guilty)

So saying you must obey the law is saying your bound by the law to obey it, meaning you are under bondage.
spot on

doctrine aside, Im talking about the grammar I what I posted and was accused of. It was blatantly ignoring what I said and focusing on the part that could be used against me. Midrashic intrepratation if you will...

On the doctrinal side...

if you call this bondage:

1 John 5:2-3, "By this we know that we love the children of Yah, when we love Yah and guard His commands. For this is the love for Yah, that we guard His commands, and His commands are not heavy."

Exodus 20:6, “But showing love to thousands who love Me by keeping My Laws.”

John/Yahanan 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

I will say the same thing to you.

My Messiah set me free from bondage to sin (beaking the Law continually)

My Messiah did not set me free from His Instructions...

to those who say God will cast His own out (which He said He never would)

how do you explain the fact Gods gifts are without repentance?

and to those who say a man throws the gift away himself..... how do you explain the fact we are not kept by the will of man and that no one will remove us from His hand?

Well I believe the Sabbath is for all, and IMO citing Col 2 is false because the Sabbath represents rest in Yahshua, and Col 2 says this:

Colossians 2:8, “See to it that no one makes a prey of you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary matters of the world, and not according to Messiah.”

The Messiah taught the Sabbath:

Mat 12:12, "And how much more valuable is a man than a sheep? Therefore, it is Lawful to do righteousness on the Sabbath."

and it is not "according to the tradition of men" YHWH instutited it, not man...
I'm sorry but your handling of Scripture is completely out of context. You are seriously making Scripture say what you want.

You say Col 2 is false... because it says "not according to Messiah", but that doesn't mean what you're saying it does. It's saying Messiah (Lord) leads us now. He is a Person not a Law. You are interchanging things to mean what you want.

You do it again here in Matt 12... when Jesus said it is "Lawful" to do what is righteous... He's actually talking about healing not saying we need the Sabbath. There argument was that He wasn't keeping the Sabbath and He doing all things according to the Law showed them they didn't understand it.

But when Christ died (we died with Him) and we died to the Law. To be reborn to the Lord.

I've several Scriptures you're ignoring and you keep stressing the same point overs and over.

Here they are:

1) The Law exists until Heaven and Earth pass away.
2) Therefore all believers must follow the Law.

But #1 being true doesn't make #2 true.

In order to make #2 true you stress the words, "Follow the commands of Jesus" thinking they are talking about the Law of Moses. And that's not true. The context clearly teaches the commands of Jesus are to believe on Him and to love one another.

Yes, the Law still exists. It will still judge people, yes! But not for believers.

Gal 3:19Why then the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was put in place through angels by an intermediary.

You say the Law is still here for BELIEVERS, but Paul says clearly the Law was UNTIL Jesus would come.

23Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed.

Paul once again stresses the Law once held us CAPTIVE... Until....

25But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian,

Say now. That means today. WE ARE NO LONGER UNDER A GUARDIAN.

The Law WAS a guardian. And it wasn't even a guardian for us. It was for the Jews, which I believe no one here is. Because I believe Jews were those who were given the LAW to keep UNTIL Messiah could come.

The TEMPLE is now destroyed for a reason. Because the Old Covenant is NO more.

Why?

26for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. 27For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slaveg nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to promise.

We come in through Christ. We died to the old ways. To the old self. We now live IN HIM. And He is the promise through ABRAHAM not Moses.

Yes the Law exists... but not for those IN Christ.

Paul continues in Gal 4...

3In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved to the elementary principles of the world. 4But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, 5to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

Elementary principles is the Law of their heart because these are Gentiles. We were enslaved to it. But we are now SONS of God.

8Formerly, when you did not know God, you were enslaved to those that by nature are not gods. 9But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles of the world, whose slaves you want to be once more? 10You observe days and months and seasons and years! 11I am afraid I may have labored over you in vain.

In Galatians 5 we find this warning...

21Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not listen to the law? 22For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave woman and one by a free woman.

The child of the slave woman did not inherit the promises of God.

I could continue on, but please stop taking Scriptures completely out of context to prove your POV. And ignoring several chapters of books for your interpretation. If you want to keep the Sabbath, fine, that's your choice. But it's a choice.

Let me sum this up:

The Old Testament was the Law given to the Jews through Moses. Not to Gentiles who didn't know God. The promise of faith we come in is through Abraham, before the Law was ever given. There was no Jew or Gentile in Abraham's day. And Christ is the SEED that was promised. We died to the old ways. And now we are reborn in Him. Fully set free. He is our Lord not the Law. The Law was a school master to bring us to Him.

Can you share with us the Leviticus scriptures which command all of Israel to shave their beards? You made the claim, but it is customary to post the scripture so we can determine if you are telling us what the God of the Bible instructed, or just what you believe.

Just a post of the scripture showing how you came to your statement would be fine.

Thanks in advance.
Sure.

Leviticus 19:27 Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard.

Leviticus 21:5 They shall not make bald patches on their heads, nor shave off the edges of their beards, nor make any cuts on their body.

And in case you don't have a beard, here's another one for you:

Leviticus 19:19 “You shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle breed with a different kind. You shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed, nor shall you wear a garment of cloth made of two kinds of material.

Check the materials on the clothing you're wearing currently. Many times they are a polyester cotton. That's two types of material.

It is The Messiah Himself that demands perfection.

"Be Ye perfect even as your father in heaven is perfect". If I strive to follow Him and His Word towards this goal, and I fall, which all men do, He gives Mercy so I can continue to learn HIS TRUTH. Even a decent father would do the same for any of his children.

A child that refuses to learn from a decent father, wiser than him, but rejects His fathers advice and creates his own, will end up in prison, or worse.

But a child that loves the father, will seek his advice and will learn from his rebukes and instructions to became a wise adult.

Even a human father understands a child must fall in order to learn how to walk. Surely you don't believe the God of Abraham is this unjust monster who gives His children instruction they can't follow, then kills them when they don't. That is not the God of the Bible.

6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

You're missing it!

Just like the Jews did. You can't make yourself perfect. The Law was to lead you to the realization you need HIM. Not to give you guidelines to try to make it yourself. That's exactly why the Jews created their own little sub-laws because they tried to perfect themselves.

That's the stumbling stone!

And until you receive freedom from Him. You're miles away from the obedience you seek. Because until you're free it's simply self-righteousness and unbelief to save your own skin. And we both know what Scriptures say about what God thinks of our self-righteousness before Him.

Notice the Scripture you just posted.

Believe on Him. And to love one another as *He* has loved us.

wrong. these are His commands:

Mat 22:37-40, "Yahshua said to him: You must love YHWH your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. (Deut 6:5) This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. (Lev 19:18) On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

That verse you quoted comes from this:

John 6:28-29,28 So they said to Him, “What should we do to work the works of the Mighty One?” יהושע answered and said to them, “This is the work of the Mighty One, that you believe in Him whom He sent.

and is speaking of this:

Deuteronomy 18:18-19, “I (YHWH) will raise up for them a Prophet (Yahshua/Jesus) like you from among their brothers, and I will put My words in His mouth, and He will tell them everything I command Him. Whoever will not listen to My words, which He speaks in My Name, I will judge him for it.”

"listen" is word #8085 - שָׁמַעshama` {shaw-mah'}

Brown-Driver-Briggs (Old Testament Hebrew-English Lexicon)
A primitive root; to hear intelligently (often with implication of attention, obedience, etc.; causatively to tell, etc.)

Hebrew Word Study (Transliteration-Pronunciation Etymology & Grammar) - 1) to hear, listen to, obey

John/Yahanan 12:48, “He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day.”

Acts 3:19-23, “Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master, and that He sends יהושע Messiah, pre-appointed for you, whom heaven needs to receive until the times of restoration of all matters, of which the Mighty One spoke through the mouth of all His set-apart prophets since of old. For Mosheh truly said to the fathers, ‘יהוה your Mighty One shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear according to all matters, whatever He says to you. And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.”

but if you isolate that single passage one can draw upon Him with the lips while the heart is far from Him.

ignoring much of what the Messiah taught, but most seem to reject the words of the Messiah....

John 12:25-26, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit. He who loves his life shall lose it, and he who hates his life in this world shall preserve it for everlasting life." Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.”

Yes, I agree. The Law of Christ which He has commanded over and over and over and over.

Duet. 6:
5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

Duet. 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.

Lev. 19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

34 But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Duet. 10:
17 For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:
18 He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and raiment.
19 Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

This is truly His Love which He said would grow cold.

He says ALL GOD'S WORD hang on these two commandments. He didn't say ALL GOD's WORD was replaced by these commandments.

hebrews 10

35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?

29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.

39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

"
And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith "
Titus 3:5 He saved us not by works of righteousness which we had done, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration, and by the renewing of the Holy Ghost,

THE RIHTEOUSNEßS OF THE JEWS WAS THROUGH THE LAW.

Deuteronomy 6:24-25 The Lord commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear the Lord our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, as is the case today. And if we are careful to obey all this law before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, THAT WILL BE OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.”

THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRISTIANS (NEW CREATION/MAN) IS THROUGH FAITH.

Romans 9:30-32 What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, A RIGHTEOUSNESS THAT IS BY FAITH; but ISRAEL, who pursued a law of righteousness, has not attained it. Why not? Because they pursued it NOT BY FAITH but as if it were by works. THEY stumbled over the “stumbling stone.”

“NOT BY WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS WHICH WE HAD DONE" REFERS TO THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE JEWS WHICH WAS THROUGH THE LAW. (titus 3:5, eph 2:8-9)

PAUL’S QUESTION IS:

Romans 3:31 Do we, then, NULLIFY the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.

HE ALSO SAID,

Romans 3:3-4 What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith NULLIFY God’s faithfulness? Not at all! Let God be true, and every man a liar. As it is written: “So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge.”

GOD PUTS AND WRITES THE LAW IN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS.

Hebrews 8:10 This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

Hebrews 10:16 “This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.”

...NOT JUST TO THE JEWS WHO WERE CIRCUMCISED IN THE FLESH BUT ALSO TO THOSE WHO WERE CIRCUMCISED IN THE HEART.

Romans 2:28-29 A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is CIRCUMCISION OF THE HEART, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man’s praise is not from men, but from God.

AND CHRISTIANS ARE ABLE TO FULFILL AND UPHOLD THE LAW IN THEIR HEARTS AND MINDS BECAUSE OF THE LOVE THAT WAS POURED INTO THEIR HEARTS.

Romans 5:5 And hope does not disappoint us, because GOD HAS POURED OUT HIS LOVE INTO OUR HEARTS by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

AND THEREFORE, “LOVE IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW.”(romans 13:10)

1 John 3:16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

1 John 5:2-3 This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,

2 John 1:6 AND THIS IS LOVE; THAT WE WALK IN OBEDIENCE TO HIS COMMANDS. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you WALK IN LOVE.

Romans 10:9-10 That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your HEART that you BELIEVE and are JUSTIFIED, and it is with your MOUTH that you CONFESS and are SAVED.

1 John 3:18 Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but WITH ACTIONS AND IN TRUTH.

Romans 8:4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be FULLY MET IN US, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.

John 14:15 “IF YOU LOVE ME, YOU WILL OBEY WHAT I COMMAND.”

Luke 6:46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD also.

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18how that they told you THERE SHOULD BE MOCKERS IN THE LAST TIME, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. 19These be they who separate themselves, sensual, HAVING NOT THE SPIRIT.

IMPUTED RIGHTEOUSNESS

Isaiah 53:11 - He shall see of the travail of his soul, [and] shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

romans 3

19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

here is a short summary of how Christ SAVES ALL who BELIEVE in Him
You were the one who started off talking to me by saying I preach "justification by works" So I think you started the accusations.

I see you quote the Messiah in John 6.

Is that the only time His words matter?

John 14:21, “he who possesses My commands and guards them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and manifest Myself to him.”

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

Mat 24:35, “Heaven and earth may pass away, but My teachings will not pass away.”

John/Yahanan 5:39, “You search the Scriptures, because you think you possess everlasting life in them. And these are the ones that bear witness of Me.”

John/Yahanan 14:26, “But the Comforter; the Holy Spirit which YHWH will send in My Name will teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I (Yahshua/Jesus) have said to you.”

John/Yahanan 6:63, “It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh is useless. The words (Instructions) that I (Yahshua/Jesus) speak to you, they are Spirit, and they are life everlasting.”

John 14:23-24, “יהושע answered him, “If anyone loves Me, he shall guard My Word. And My Father shall love him, and We shall come to him and make Our home with him. He who does not love Me does not guard My Words. And the Word which you hear is not Mine but of the Father Who sent Me.”

Believeing the Messiah is more than believeing He is the Messiah...

James 2:19-20, “You believe that Yah is one. You do well. The demons also believe – and shudder! But do you wish to know, O empty man, that the belief without the works is dead?”

“believe” is word #G4100 - pisteuó: to believe, entrust, Original Word: πιστεύω, Part of Speech: Verb, Transliteration: pisteuó, Phonetic Spelling: (pist-yoo'-o), Short Definition: I believe, have faith in, Definition: I believe, have faith in, trust in; pass: I am entrusted with.

Matthew 8:28-29, “And when He came to the other side, to the country of the Girgashites, two demon-possessed ones met Him, coming out of the tombs, very fierce, so that no one was able to pass that way. And see, they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, יהושע, Son of the Mighty One? Have You come here to torture us, before the appointed time?”

John 8:24, “Therefore I said to you that you shall die in your sins. For if you do not believe that I am He, you shall die in your sins.”

Acts 7:37-38, “This is the Mosheh who said to the children of Yisra’yl, ‘יהוה your Mighty One shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear.’ This is he who was in the assembly in the wilderness with the Messenger who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, who received the living Words to give to us.”

John/Yahanan 5:46-47, "For had you believed Mosheh, you would have believed Me, for he wrote about Me*. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?"

*Mosheh wrote:

Deuteronomy 18:18-19, “I (YHWH) will raise up for them a Prophet (Yahshua/Jesus) like you from among their brothers, and I will put My words in His mouth, and He will tell them everything I command Him. Whoever will not listen to My words, which He speaks in My Name, I will judge him for it.”

"listen" is word #8085 - שָׁמַעshama` {shaw-mah'}

Acts 3:22-23, “For Mosheh truly said to the fathers, ‘יהוה your Mighty One shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear according to all matters, whatever He says to you. And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.”

James 2:26, "For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so belief without works is dead also."
James 2:17, "So also belief, if it does not have works, is in itself dead."
James 2:22, "Do you see that the belief was working with his works, and by the works the belief was perfected?"
James 2:24, "You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone."
James 2:26, "For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so belief without works is dead also."
James 2:14, “My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has belief but does not have works? This belief is unable to save him.”

Matthew 21:28-32, “But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, ‘Son, go, work today in my vineyard.’ And he answering, said, ‘I do not wish to,’ but afterwards he repented and went. And having come to the second, he said similarly. And he answering, said, ‘I go, master,’ but he did not go. “Which of the two did the desire of the father?” They said to Him, “The first.” יהושע said to them, “Truly, I say to you that tax collectors and whores are entering into the reign of YHWH before you, for Yoḥanan came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but tax collectors and whores believed him. And when you saw it, you did not repent afterwards, to believe him.”
