Well, I thought my shoulder pain was gone but it's not. I think I figured out that pushing around a shopping cart, even if it's empty, causes the pain to come back... but not while I'm pushing the cart.. it comes back afterwards. At least it doesn't hurt as much as before. Oh and I didn't go to the beach either..
