I haven't lifted weights in almost 2 months. I think I tore something when i was trimming a tree stump with this polesaw that I have. Its like a chainsaw on a pole. I think I was holding onto it in a bad way and it strained my shoulder. It's been almost 2 weeks of pain now, but its almost healed. It looks like this:

Haha no I haven't lifted weights in almost 2 months. I think I tore something when i was trimming a tree stump with this polesaw that I have. Its like a chainsaw on a pole. I think I was holding onto it in a bad way and it strained my shoulder. It's been almost 2 weeks of pain now, but its almost healed.

Ohh 😢 I don't understand how a polesaw works but if it is a tree stump you don't need a polesaw yeah? Polesaw is for cutting tree branches you can't reach...maybe your cuff is torn Zero...be careful next time 😑 I pray you will heal fast in Jesus name. ❤

So far my saturday has been uneventful, which is good., Very very good! ...and I was able to get out of the car without my shoulder hurting. Yay!! I might go to the beach later so there might be some pics to share, but I can't promise anything yet... (pics of the beach, not of me lol!)
