Out on my own at last.

I just put in the application for an apartment had no problems and just have to wait two weeks for background check and approval process then call them to find out if I got it!
I am so happy about this because for once I will be able to make more of my own choices and help God/Jesus more instead of wasting away around a bunch of people that don't wanna change and keep going in a never ending circle.
Just letting you all know since this is sort of a home to me too!

I certainly hope and pray that you are approved and are able to move out on a timely basis. There is nothing like having your own space. I know from experience how discouraging it is to having to provide (enable) for others only to have them trash your home and poison your living environment.

Home should be a safe haven and a peaceful place after a hard day's work. When you start dreading going home then you know that there is a problem that needs to be addressed. There was a time years ago when I preferred working than being at home and work is a hard place but preferable to having a hard home life. At least I was getting paid rather then spending hard earned money feeding those that were capable of taking care of themselves.

It is sad when those at work care more about you than certain people that live with you outside of work.

Yeah you said it home should be rather peaceful and place where love abounds.

Getting out of that horrible situation you are in and having your own place will seem like you now have a new lease on life. God wants you to have life and to have it more abundantly. I pray that God gives you a season of abundant living and to release you from the cage that you currently reside in.

Thank you for the prayer and yeah I am hoping that I finally get out and granted it won't be easy necessarily but better to have a life instead of joining in on complaining with people that are content with barely any life.

Yeah it's felt like everyone has been holding it over my head me not having my own place it's like "I'm alright with you living with me so long as you do what I say and you don't question my beliefs".

Also I have yelled at all 3 members of my household due to frustration feeling called to say something and mold, it's exhausting yet I'm the one that apparently "doesn't do much" and gets the brunt of everything I mean my father tears up the place I get an earful for hours my uncle lights a cigarette bucket on fire I have to hear about it, something good or bad happens in the family I just have to hear about it, it's all just agonizing emotionally.
 
Happy for you Brother Joefizz, you look and sound like a very good guy. and despite popular belief, good things do happen to good people. I am in agreement with you. this feels like home. I look forward to reading comments from you and other friends. Good luck on the apartment. It sounds like you need to relocate so you can re focus on what's important. Serving GOD.
