I don't bet but if i did i can bet you have never gone for alter calls as much as i have.... Not even the devilish things i used to do... My mum and siblings called me the destroyer.. I almost pulled my sisters hair off her head, I once slapped her and she bled on her cheeks and some other private things but look at me today.... If you look at me now, you would never imagine i used to do those things and more.... Jesus is willing to accept you, all you have to do is to surrender and this time it's not your usual lazy halfway surrendering... Full time and wholeheartedly... Jesus will accept you no matter how many times but wouldn't it be better to save him the trouble by doing it one LAST time but this time... wholeheartedly and commitedly

Well...I still have no clue how to go about doing that. Im hoping I am saved and Im just having a little emo fit tonight. When I did give myself to God a few years ago an amazing feeling eveloped me for a few weeks. All that was on my mind was God and all my fear melted away. And amazingly enough I stayed off of porn for four months straight after that!....so yeah maybe it already happened and Im just missing that feeling of peace

Jesus doesn't say, in Him we will maim the flesh but rather kill the things of the flesh in our lives... this is where God will take you in transforming you. But it takes a life of righteousness to get there. We must go thru life experiences which He will ask of us to offer to Him, tough battles I might add, and we must obey Him immediately, but as we do - He will empower us as we become decisive in the matter to follow Him...

Actually I asked that question when the feeling went away. Someone on here told me the honeymoon faze of being born again was over and now its back to real life work and doing the dishes lol
Yes, there is a stage of victorious bliss at first, and then God begins to build your character from death to life...experientially. This is a new road to travel and a tough one, but Jesus promises His burden is light and His yoke is easy as your Lord. But the experience of dying to yourself is still a battle to recon with indeed while being empowered by God into the success of Himself as your new Creation..
