Does everyone know just what it was tht made America great? The way things stand, we cannot go back, but we can improve the lot of Americans.........providing there is a will.

I agree with you but there Is a place for government as far as the government keeping things orderly.
What if a government is led by a man that listens to the holy spirit guide him in leadership?
"That man" would be prophesied in the Word. There is but one "government" for a true believer.
Amen! He's started to and the voters followed his calling. Donald Trump in highest office first try. And he'll be re-elected too. He's got a lot of cleaning up to do because the swamp as expected is a filthy place. God protect him there. Because Lord knows he has enemies who hate him because he doesn't play well with the alligators and snakes.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Me, I figure if someone doesn't vote they shouldn't complain about what is going on under the power and authority of a duly elected government. Federal or State.

The great experiment.The bible says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the WORD of GOD.
Romans 10:15-18

Sounds like the highlighted scripture up above Is saying that a person can hear the WORD and still not believe.
I think that the WORD” hears” In that scripture Is talking about “understands”.

America has always been great. People easily take that as easily dismissed when they live here and yet are ungrateful for what we can see are illegal aliens desperate to get in so as to take advantage of that greatness.
They also forget that when yogurt hits the fan nations around the world look to America for the cleanup. And we respond with aid like no other country on earth.
Donald Trump is making America not to be a laughing stock as it was under Obama and Bush and every Liberal president sought to accomplish in steps.
Donald Trump is a billionaire so he can't be bribe like the others could. He's a patriot which puts him head and shoulders above the rest. And he's a Christian. Which is a very rare animal on the Hill in DC.
I love America. It's my home. I'm grateful to live here so that I can criticize government when necessary and still have my head in the morning. I can disagree with my husband and not be beaten according to the tenets of our faith. I can have lunch with a man and not be arrested later, dragged to the field during a called break at a soccer game, and shot in the head for adultery. I can walk to the grocery store in Levi's and a tee shirt and not be stoned to death.
That alone makes America great right now.

The United States rose to a world power after the war with Spain, circa 1898. After taking over many Spanish territories, we became a global power. After WW One when we went to Europe, sided with Britain and defeated Germany we became a super-power. Our material wealth, from bountiful crops and mined minerals, was unprecedented in world history. By then end of WW Two we held all the major sea gates with Britain: Suez, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa’s horn, the Falklands, the Philippines, the Panama Canal, Puerto Rico and Guam. Now that is a great America. Plus, we were founded by Christians from the outset.
