Is the only argument here that God will come back to establish physical Israel at some point?

With a temple and sacrifices and everything?

It sounds really, really farfetched to me and I don't understand what the ultimate goal of believing this is?

Is it just to excuse Judaism and those that practice its form?

Romans 8:5-8
5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Galatians 4:24-26
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.

25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

My Grand parents lived in Watertown. I think the author of the Old Rugged Cross first completed it there . Some say he sang it at my Grandparents house using their piano..

Because, my parents did not drive. My memories do not provide a clear picture. One or two family reunions.

Rubbish Anyone can be converted to Judaism. It is nothing to do with DNA. Did all the Apostles and early Jewish Christians have their DNA changed when they believed in Jesus?. All this nonsense is rooted in the belief that there are two separate ways to salvation for Jews and Gentiles which is a fundamental part of Darbyism and nothing to do with the Gospel as Paul defines it.

Theres only ONE way..jew..gentile etc..after Christ died..ONE WAY FOR ALL...

Israel was called Ephraim after it split from Judah because Ephraim received the rights of the firstborn and inherited the promises of GOD. When Jacob said his seed would become a multitude of nations, he meant the spiritual seed who would inherit the rights of the firstborn and the promises, who is Christ, whose seed has become many nations (peoples). The genealogy of GOD's people is, and always has been, according to faith.

If you had stopped here you would have been right on. There is a physical Israel existing today, and God knows where they are.

It does not however, encompass all peoples of the world. God said Mannasseh would become a single great nation, but Ephraim would become a multitude of nations. That isn't everyone in the world.

This is true pertaining to salvation, but God's other promise to Abraham was of physical land. There is a physical promise that has to do with land that is seperate from the salvation issue. So we get a spiritual promise and a physical promise to look for. :cool:

I dont care bout the land here on earth..im awaiting my heavely mansion..im gonna have lots of animals..decorate it with diamomds and gold..have a garden without weeds.and a personal chef like Oprah! Ahhhhh..lol

Well then I hate to have to tell you, you aren't going to heaven. Heaven (The Kingdom of) is coming here to earth. There is not a third coming like the pre-trib rapture proponents claim. No, when Christ comes back He will be taking over as King of Kings. :)

In the Old Testament, the people of God were believers from Israel, now its Church (believers from Israel together with believers from other nations).

Yes and even after leaving Egypt by way of God there was a "mixed" multitude lineage isn't God's "fixation" he is no "respector of persons".

Why is it a problem for you to recognize that within the Abrahamic Covenant the "seed" of Abraham is BOTH Christ and redeemed and restored Israel (not at the same time but in different verses)?

So why don't you carefully study that covenant before responding again. And make sure you include a review of that covenant as repeated to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

No wonder we have the 12 tribes mentioned specifically in Revelation 7. "Lineage isn't God's 'fixation"" is another nonsensical statement. Please read and study the prophecy of Ezekiel before responding.

I know when Jesus comes..the dead in Christ will rise first then the other saints etc..if i die tomortow i will be in haven with my heavenly father and hes preparing a mansion just for me and i will feast with Him at the banquet table...

There were two covenants. The one in Genesis 15 has nothing to do with Israel.

Right: in your conscience mind it will instantly be the Day of the Lord, and you will be with Jesus. That is all you need to know for sure. :D
