Jesus in the flesh has a soul, so he could have sinned if he wanted too, but he chose not too. So I don't think he had a sinful nature. He had to of been able to have been tempted and not give in, in order to pay the ransom for the human soul. If he would have had a sinful nature and fallen just as Adam did, he wouldn't have been able to pay the ransom, (his life).If He didn't then how could this be true?:
Therefore, it was necessary for him to be made in every respect like us, his brothers and sisters, so that he could be our merciful and faithful High Priest before God. Then he could offer a sacrifice that would take away the sins of the people. Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested.
