So here are the good works that you must do according to Romans 9-10
1) believe in thine heart that God hath raised Jesus from the dead.
2) confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus.
3) call upon the name of Jesus.
If a man does this, he will be saved. Would you agree?
Now as far as Acts 26, this is not a lecture from Paul on grace through faith and not of works, in fact the only preaching he does is in verse 20 which he says when he came from the vision he was telling everyone to repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
Did you read in Acts 26 something about not of works? I read do works meet for repentance. Which one of us is right, and preached the truth?

Repent is how we obey the Gospel.
This is our response to the Gospel; Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand.
Repent means to turn to God in submission to His kingdom and rule as Lord.
The way we show that we have repented, turned to God, in submission to Him, is confessing Jesus as Lord, which means we have turned away from Satan as our lord.
