I was watching a documentary on the Holocaust, and they had a small segment on Anne Frank. I'm sure most of you know who she was and probably read her diary in school, as I did. I'm also sure most of you know her fate - death in a Concentration Camp about a month and a half before the end of the war.

It troubles me greatly knowing that she, and the 6 million Jewish victims of Hitler, are now in Hades.

I know doctrine. I know that we are all sinners deserving hell. I know the holiness of God demands punishment for the lost. But I can't help thinking about that poor girl, suffering in darkness, a victim of a satanically possessed mass murderer.

She harmed no one. Loved greatly. Just a child. Yet her eternal fate is sealed.

Maybe I'm just in a melancholy mood. Maybe I don't understand as much as I think I do.

Thoughts?
I'd suggest you read Revelation 20.

Do I think Holocaust Jews will go to Hell after suffering Hell on earth? No. Salvation is by grace. The Jews are God's chosen people. Come the judgment, I believe God will have mercy because Jesus was God on earth. And you will call him Emmanuel, which means, God with us.

God chose those who would return to him before he created the earth itself.

Its a bad thing for us, to be judged according to our works.

Only when Christ´s righteousness is imputed to us, our works will be good enough to satisfy God.

"All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law."
R 2:12
And Christ's righteousness is imputed to us by faith in his blood.

Ridiculous.

If anyone can be saved apart from putting personal faith in Jesus, then His sacrifice was for nothing.

Between the victims of the Holocaust (and of other atrocities) and Jesus Christ there is a powerful bond: that of suffering. God became man to be with us, to share in our suffering, pain, despair, loss of hope and death.
The victims of Hitler are not in Hades, they are comforted by Jesus Christ Himself.

Ok got a question or two do you believe everyone eventually goes to heaven ? Or spared of going to Hell
If not is it that these folks that died in the holocaust the reason you believe they go to heaven ? Or spared of going to Hell
Also do non believing Jews in go to heaven ? If no to the last an Hell is worse than the holocaust did Hitler do them a favor that died in the holocaust?
Blessings

I don't believe in heaven or hell. I believe in the Kingdom of God which has been launched on earth since the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

At the second coming of Jesus Christ, when God will be all in all, His love will pour over us all. His love is the same for all but the way we experience it is different. So, the difference is from within us, not from God.

I also believe Jesus words on the mountain: blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.

She could have trusted in Jesus for all we know. Among the many Jewish people that unfortunately lost their lives, I'm sure there were some that believed in Christ.

With all due respect, I don't think it's wise to say for sure whether one or more people are in Hell or not. That's God's call. Only the Lord truly knows a person inside and out.
i would say that's god's call to make as to heaven or hell. he knows what the person was in their mortal life on earth, whether they were saved or not, lifestyle, mental illness, etc and will judge accordingly both good and bad. this is my feeling and what i say, especially to suicides and murders.those he will sort out and act accordingly both heaven or hell. i will leave that decision to god to make in the end.
