"Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed?"
Still today a most pertinent and valid question.
When I spoke out in a new tongue by the Holy Spirit I knew with all certainty
that I had been baptised in the Holy Spirit.
My experience was exactly the same as I could read in Acts and the epistles.

Many bypass the foundation for understanding tongues in order to give it a meaning. Its sets the stage for Acts and 1 Corinthians 14.
