Duterte, the man who has a huge chance at winning the elections.. Wants to murder drug addicts... and kidnappers.. Is this morally wrong.. Can this be justified using scripture?

murder is a sin in the bible even though those are drug addicts kidnappers or those who are a menace in the society. There should be that law or a capital punishment to be observed properly.

Everyone are sinful, what happen to the country has a purpose. No one is RIGHTEOUS not one but God
Yes. there are any reasons why God allow it to happen in our country, but it is not the will of God to commit extra-judicial killings. All are sinful, but it is not a justification for Cain to kill Abel, same with to commit extra-judicial killings.
I understand where you coming from but these are things we cannot control. No matter how we talk about it all the power we have is prayer. If it happens and God lets it, there is a purpose. Im not saying killing people is good, but again why are we talking about it? Our real battle is when we kneel. Give it to God. If it happens it is because everything has to take place, end times.
