Do American Christians believe that ISIS was created by Hillary and Obama?

Like the Sith who is also the Republic's Chancellor in the Star War series who created the droid army to spread chaos in the galaxies and at the same created the Republic's clone army to beat the droid army so that the Chancellor in the end will be look upon as the hero.

Can't answer for anyone else, but why would we believe that? I would hope Christians worldwide seek truth, which doesn't support your speculation. ISIS (or ISIL) was started by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, in 1999, under a different name (Jama'at al-Tawhid wal-jihad), under Bill Clinton's watch. Is there any evidence that Hillary or Obama (who was an Illinois State Senator then) had anything to do with it?

Islamic fundamentalists created ISIS, but the toppling of the Saddam regime freed them up so they could organize. So Muslims created ISIS, but if anything, Bush created ISIS by invading Iraq.

You're funny. Read my post above yours for when it was started. Bush didn't invade Iraq until 2003. Bush did use them, but he didn't create them.

The thing is, many people give presidents credit for things done, good and bad, that they have very little or no control over.
The left likes to blame Bush for anything bad that happened during his term and never credit for the good.
The right does the same for Clinton or Obama.
Now it is Trump's turn.
It is the nature of our political system.:(

This Christian doesn't. IMO, the more fundamental and conservative an American Christian is, the more they are likely to believe this and and other conspiracies. ;) This group might even contain flat earthers.

I have read that one factor leading to the 911 attach stemmed from us establishing an air base in Saudi Arabia. Our Air Force was composed of women as well as men. The Saudis felt that threatened their lifestyle and religion.

Huh??? ISIS/ISIL was started in 1999, not 2003. Some seeds that led to it are: The Baath Party rising out of the flames if Iraqi communism in the 50's, the Iran/Iraq war in the 80's, Saddam Hussein's 'Faith Campaign' in the 90's, and there are many more.
