Yes, I have.... and this was for a school camp trip - I ended up making the horse go super fast and held on for dear life. First and last time.

No, but almost. The fastest I've ever driven was about 90 mph cuz I was racing against time to get to another city to help a friend in trouble.

Yes in video games though it's often called gold,gella,or gil instead,just recently in Xeno Saga(a few, weeks ago) I bought a new Anti Gnosis Weaponry System robot for 10,000.
